One of my favorite places to eat and relax. Good staff and good food

My mate and I went there today and there is a lovely Team leader her name is Nicole she is a fantastic and very friendly employee she was and is still working very hard and doing really well. She likes to chat to customers aswell. She deserves an fantastic award. Thank you very much to Nicole who is a team leader for serving and helping us and for a nice chat.

Disgusting staff I was waiting for my food and she called out 64 even though it was same as mine and my number was 63 but when it came to calling out my number she refused and said what is ur number so I asked what is the number u called out every one else’s number why didn’t I call out mine and she told me to duck off and stuck her finger up at me this made me very angry. I’m not going to let this go will write to your head office and I will continue until something has been done about it. Usually when it’s the make manger the place is great. But to be so blatantly rude and then say u can’t sake me is disgusting behaviour. I have a picture but she tried to hide her face. Why would that be I wonder…

Slow service, and for some reason the vanilla milkshakes I order always have chocolate stains inside. The milkshake cups aren't cleaned evidently; the fries are also consistently soggy.

Terrible McDonalds. Customer service is also dreadful. Ordered food through the My McDonalds app, half of the order was missing and the food we did receive was pretty much cold throughout.
Phoned up the store (took about 10 times to get through) and when someone finally answered the phone, I tried explaining the situation and the woman just put the phone down on me.
Tried to get a refund through the app, was left on hold to an 0800 number for 30+ minutes. It seems petty but when you’re ordering food for 3/4 people and most the food doesn’t turn up, it’s not good at all.

Still haven’t been able to get a refund and we’re also unable to get any of the order redelivered too. Terrible service from McDonalds and also extremely terrible service from whoever it was who answered the phone from the store.

I don’t recommend ordering a McDonalds from this store.

Always forgets to put burgers or fries in my order. Delivery or collection it’s always the same. Granted I should check, but sometimes you just don’t think about it. Sometimes puts cheese in my “no cheese” burgers too and we have an allergy.

Staff where unwelcoming and I found egg shells in my double sausage and egg McMuffin that I was sharing with my 3 year old. This place has just gone down hill. Won’t be going back to this branch anytime soon

Uber is refusing to refund me when it didn’t arrive on time. Its horrible and cold and again half full
