KFC Dagenham - Merrielands Retail Park

This KFC is probably worst KFC in the UK. Every single client is unhappy here, the orders take forever, the self service machines do not have paper receipts and half of them don't work. If you order through the drive thru be prepared to wait a very long time. They certainly need more staff here, the poor staff get abusive on a daily basis and it's clearly not their fault that they do not have enough staff.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE
I was told to come inside because thr tills at the drive is not working I went inside went to the till I was ignored tried to get the employees attention by saying "excuse me can I make an order " more than once but I was completely ignored, until one of thr customers told me you have to make the order at the order machine.
Waited for my food for a long time, customers who came after me got their orders before. I was OK no problem they are busy and under staffed.
But what annoyed me the most I got 9 pieces of chips 😠 this is unacceptable for a £7.49 meal.
Never had a good experience with this KFC always wrong orders or missing items never once was OK. I got 4 meals 2 of them were wrong, as usual.
Very disappointing because I love KFC and this is my local.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single time we go through the drive through you're waiting over 10 minutes when food eventually comes its cold. Today we ordered on the app, in hope the food would be better and quicker. We were wrong! Sat at the drive through for 10 minutes before someone came over and told us the order hasn't come through but it had been charged. She wrote down our order told us to park up and she'll bring it out. After 15 minutes we saw a kfc staff member outside chatting, so I called him over to the car and asked him where our order is. He went in and another 5/10 minutes later he brought our food out and kindly waited while I checked the food. Some of the food was missing but he replaced it straight away. Always a bad experience but this was the worse! Only good thing was the man who was friendly.

I have ordered 6 meals for all family members, it's about 60£. I wanted to add 20wings for 5.99. She was rudely asked to go other KFC for wings as they are not doing that offer but they got posters on the side.

Hands down the worst KFC I’ve been to. Service terrible. Waiting time on the drive through 1 hour. Attitude from staff. All the staff need to go. A complete new team is needed

Firstly if you want to have a meals forgotten and have to come in to collect come here! No apology nothing manager more worried about pulling the person who packed it to tell him off In front of me POOR MANAGEMENT!

Lady who was collecting heard us complaining and checked her meal and was also missing one!

They also put the box on top of fries so your fries have black ink all over!

Women eating a corn on the cob while working!! No Gloves!
No customers eating but rubbish and dirty floors.
Rude staff, poor management and crappie food. Gives KFC a bad name!

Bought the variety bucket meal tonight. The chicken must have been re fried over again, making it burnt like and horrible. I wish I had checked out the review before coming to this branch. I won't have bothered. Will definitely not be coming back to this branch. Totally killed my love for KFC.

I been there today, and i ordered food. The chicken is burnt. I want some tissue but they didn’t have tissue. Every where is really messy. Exactly food it’s not good taste. It wasn’t tasty at all. I will never go again!!!!!
