The food was good and they had great staff but my complaint with is out of their control is the large amount of people in the store around lunchtime. There was so many people it was hard to stay calm, but my order got to me fast as it was a small order but some of my friends with me had to wait a long time for their meal to be called.

The best McDonald's in Norwich,Always do a good job on customisation...Decent portion of fries...Even at the busiest times food come out in good time. Atleast McDonald's is honest unlike Burger King who don't allow app orders. Disgusting...Boycott....

NO HELP My 2 daughters ages 16 and 13 just came home shook up and very upset. A man approached them in this McDonald’s around 4:30pm today. Made himself comfortable at their table and wouldn’t leave them alone. The 16 year old tried speaking to the lady behind the counter to see if she could help them. Her response was “no I’m busy” and turned away… The girls didn’t get to eat let alone enjoy the food they bought. Absolutely disgusted

Order machines make it easier but a logic loop error prevents you ordering sauce with a box of sharing nuggets - the staff are helpful to present sauce at the counter.
Seating during busy periods can be tricky to find as are clean tables. If you as a group, encounter a dirty table my advice would be to use napkins to lay the box of fries and use the tray where possible

Seriously need to work on putting the dips in the bags for food on delivery. Especially when you’re now charging 50p for the big ones. Genuinely don’t understand how it’s so hard I worked at McDonald’s for years and never had an issue doing it.

This branch of McDonald’s is always mega busy so you have to be mindful of this. One thing I particularly like about this place is that they have a separate waiting area for walk-in customers and delivery drivers so the two never get in the way of each other. It has limited seating available but there is more seating upstairs than you would think. As it is super busy, it isn’t always as up to scratch as other quieter branches so if this is going to be a problem for you perhaps try the one in Chantry Place instead.

I HAVE NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHAT IS THE PROBLEM IN MCD FROM ENGLAND! Never! I have travelled over 30 countries and never but never experienced a taste more FADE, OLD, DIRTY simple not eatable I don’t understand why i keep ordering once in a time in hope maybe it will change but no 0 chance. Google asked me to review this place. I've never set foot in a McDonalds and never will. I was actually outside feeding 60 homeless and vulnerable people as volunteers, all paid out of our own pockets and McDonalds won't even let us use the toilet!
