KFC Ealing - The Mall

This KFC is the dirtiest dark hole I have ever been in.
The state of the place requires immediate closure... Infectious.....
The toilet?!?!? Omg...
I got a pepsi and it tasted like water. I hope I won't get sick.

Absolutely abysmal. Customer service is shocking, my colleague was told I don't care go and ask someone else, the food was rushed cold and the order was wrong. 7.99 for that service is shocking. Worst KFC in London (that I've been to) by a country mile. Avoid

Appalling! Greasy and tasteless .. The chicken coating was soggy, tasteless and coming away from the chicken .. Inedible! The bucket the chicken came in was broken and open at the bottom - I actually cannot believe this came from KFC! I've left photo and feedback on UberEats but no response! I would give this zero stars if it were possible!

Wost Coustomer service.
Food is not fresh and Very cold.
When we visit the shop one Sri lankan Tamil Male and Female staff's are on duty.
Lady is Ok, but the men didn't give us any proper suggestions, whatever we ask he never clear our doubts on menu, he never give the time to Give the order.

Perfect place for a break after a little bit of shopping around Ealing broadway. KFC is well known for its fast food so I too hoped in. The hot wings meal with 10 wings and a Pepsi cola was awesome and the chicken was very crispy too. The coleslaw salad was at an extra pay. Well enjoyed the day out.

I'm surprised to see that this KFC has a pretty high rating. Maybe I was unlucky, but the zinger was the worst I've ever had in my life. The iceberg lettuce (smashed and old) seemed like have been scraped out of the garbage can in terms of quality, and regarding the quantity - if I didn't know there had to be iceberg lettuce, I wouldn't have known there was one. The fillet was overdone and looked like it has been sitting for two days... Never again.

It's always very cold inside . Tables are always dirty and rubbish on them. You always have to go and ask the crew to come and clean the piles of rubbish from tables. Toilets are downstairs and you can easily smell it upstairs. You must to to see it yourself .I'm not lying . You even can smell the cigarette from the bin next to your table .Ealing Broadway store
