McDonald's

This was a very busy outlet. The service was slow. The food was hot and fresh once it arrived. I was disappointed with my meal, I had the chicken fiesta I found it dry and difficult to eat. This could be person choice however

Packed out but not sure why, just whilst i was queuing 3 complaints about food!!!

That should have been the warning sign but unfortunately I had already ordered my food.

Guessing only reason it was busy was due to the monopoly promotion!!!

Food was hot enough and we didn't wait long for table service, however I ordered a salad instead of fries and it was just some lettuce leaves with 2 slices of cucumber and one slice of tomato with some raw onion. Very disappointing... and I wasn't given any cutlery to eat it with!
Easy to order on the screen and nice clean restaurant with friendly staff (although most of them were in the kitchen!)

Absolutely dire service. I've seen a few one star reviews recently and I fully understand why.
Ordered a Take-Away for the family and they decided not to send any of the chips we ordered. We also asked for dips with the Nuggets, they didn't come either.
Basically 25% of the cost of our order was unaccounted for. Tried to contact the restaurant as soon as we opened the bag and realised, but they're clearly too busy robbing other customers to deal with answering their phone. Avoid!

Can be good when they want to be, more often than not items are missing, my quarter cheese burger came with no burger and my coffee was just milk…. Is a big let down and unnecessarily losing money think I’ll be putting a stop to going here.

Standard McD layout. I refuse to use any self serve screens and have done before the pandemic. Those screens were filthy and there were no Hand Soap and Sanitisers in view. How anybody can use those things amaze me. Having ordered at the counter the food was cold, fries returned.

Quick snack. Hot chocolate and 99p chicken. Great. Tasty inexpensive and quick. Latest visit not so good for breakfast, things missing 3 trips to the counter required. Porridge consistency a bit weird. Sausage and egg still very nice.

It is a great place for some good or coffee the staff are all really nice and happy to help the managers are funny and talk to there customers sometimes the food can taste bad but 9 times out of 10 it’s amazing,

It is a McDonald’s yeah but I’ve been to hundreds and this is by far my favourite out of all of them
