KFC Burgess Hill - Market Place Shopping Centre

Ordered a delivery chicken was lovely hot and juicy , 4 portions of chips tiny! £27 how much do potatoes cost??? Picture shows 2 “portions” do better!!!!!!

We stopped here for a convenient quick bite after a university visit, and it was just what we needed. Sadly we were told that it would take 15 minutes for mash to be ready, so we ordered the rice, but it was still tasty. The staff were very friendly and were apologetic for the delay - they also had very diligent cleaners who kept the space clean. Overall a good experience 👍

They managed to move my order from preparing to ready to lost !! Bizarre but staff seemed to be enjoying their busy evening. The manager to the rescue and really great food. One of those things I guess 😂

Please ALWAYS double check orders as it’s the nth time we have received lacking items in the order delivered. They can’t even deliver the lacking items because they have to pay again the driver. Their fault in the first place. They ask you to come to them for refund. Why did we ask for delivery in the first place??? I have talked to the manager to REMIND STAFF to double check orders but STILL happening… just disappointing… this KFC needs to improve their management.

Incredibly slow service. Loads of customers waiting for their orders, all of which were going cold behind the counter. Never witnessed anything like it. People demanding refunds etc. Very poor

Whilst waiting for my takeaway I managed to go to Waitrose & do my weekly shop, then across to the laundrette to get a pair of my trousers washed & ironed & finally up to Wilkos to get a candle for my Mum. I then made my way back to KFC, where my chips & one burger were nearly ready!

Abysmal. Worst kfc ever. Very slow service. Simple order asking for no cheese and no sauce on my zinger burger. Unbelievably they got the order wrong. Twice. Staff are uninterested and incompetent.

Good food - fast service at lunchtimes even and easy to access... Recommend over McDonald's in Burgess Hill
