Chicken Time

This place is a joke staff rude call you a liar when get your order wrong rude staff rude owner hygiene don't use gloves bare hands and have audacity to call customers liars when they get orders wrong especially when your intolerant to dairy an they don't care and add cheese anyway an if complain they don't remake they just scrape the cheese off totally rubbish don't waste your money here. Look at the other reviews these people have zero respect for there customers.

Worst customer service…
On two occasions have I been called out for lying over the phone about not receiving my order.

First time when I ordered and only received six wings, so I had to call back to get my actually order which was actually sent again from the driver after the guy I spoke to hung up calling me a liar, he did not even try to have a civil conversation to sort out things.

Second time I was expecting my food around 7:35-7:55 and was called a liar again after being told the food arrived already when I was waiting since 7:40 (cause it was definitely not coming at 7:35) and he had called my phone 6 times, checked my phone and saw no miss calls at all. Food then arrived around 8:15-8:20

Use to be a decent place, chicken is dry, not good value for money. Chicken fillet burger, is tiny for the price.
Only bottled drinks for an extra £1.30.

I wouldn't recommend anything.

Been coming here for years. Always great food at great prices. Staff are polite and menu has lots of options!
Will be coming here many more times.

My chicken wings turned up In cooked , rude arrogant staff, dirty , and attitude, also the man I spoke to said if I send this review he got my address !!! I’ll be waiting !!! Also no drink WHAT A NASTY SHOP STAY AWAY !!

I ordered mild and after 1 bite my mouth was on fire I don't know weather you use the same sauce for everything but that is more than mild that's more like extra hot. And the mini fillets always are dry, 1 pot of little rice £4.99 😯 other than that food was okay

After my order yesterday 2nd August we were disappointed so I am giving them 1 star. I can't contact them through their website as message does send. But I have rated my order on uber eats.

Yesterday our order included 4 chicken Fillet Burgers and when we got them we were disappointed because we only had a small chicken strip inside each bun instead of the usual chicken Fillet size burgers which we have had many times before. I attached the pictures to show the size of the chicken now.
Is this the size of the Chicken you will be putting inside your chicken Fillet burgers from now on please??
I want to know why was chicken strips were used?

We have brought from Chicken time many times before and have ordered these chicken Fillet burgers from here and each time the Fillet inside them have always covered the whole base of the bun and always seemed like it was a whole chicked breast Fillet size in the bun and this is why we returned and brought them.
After my order yesterday and the reduced chicken Fillet size I don't think I will be return again. ☹
