Toilets not great - toilet paper all on the floor. Gluten free menu non existent, no grilled chicken offered despite offering a grilled chicken wrap! Chicken salad is mostly lettuce with two slices of tomato and cucumber. I'm sorry but Macdonalds you really need to step up your game for allergy related food. Poor and substandard options for the healthy choice - but I guess that's the point! Fast food here isn't healthy!

Simplest order of them all: white coffee. Yet, they managed to get it wrong. It did not begin well, either. I had to wait almost three minutes for something as simple as a cup of coffee. Their standard layout includes two heavy duty coffee makers. Guess what - both members of staff were using just one, and before my order was made, there had been elaborate order involving whipped cream and various squirts. Funny thing, the machine they were both using was malfunctioning as I could see member of staff trying to fiddle with the milk container. To na avail, unfortunately. My white coffee came out... black.

One of the better McDonald's normally has everything on the menu we order including milk shakes etc. Which so many often indicate their machines are not working. Can often be full in the car park as quite small but has outside seating including a few benches in the trees so you can take your dog's with you.

It's located in a small rest area, we have a brunch here and luckily they got a toilet to use. They got a disabled toilet too. The views here are awesome, we can see a small village down the hill from here

Utterly disgusting place. Restroom was vile it stunk of mouldy fish. It says it is clean regularly but clearly it has not. I've seen cleaner toilets in a dump. The food was cold and stale. My bacon looked like it was cooked 2 days ago and i could replace it as a door knocker. The jam muffin was disgusting stone cold and could of been used as door stop. Frankly honest it doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Really disappointed with this place, when all world is fighting against global warming , only mc Donald's has 0 care on environment. Working hours stated by mc donalds are wrong, its always closed after 23:00. It is sad that mc Donald's management do not understand that lorries coming in , to kiss closed door ,when it stated opened , creating high level emissions . Stop killing environment, put correct working time . It is not first occasion when mc Donald's staff is hiding from customers.

Bring your own dips. Management can't possibly part with a dip for your food unless 10p is handed over.
Also, there was a hair in my fries.

Pre ordered our food on the app. Still had to wait ages for all of the delivery people to get their food.
If you're doing such hi volumes from those companies, at least set aside a place for the normal people to come in and get their food.
Thought pre ordering would make it a quicker experience, feel for the staff who looked rushed of their feet.
