KFC

Francesca represented amongst the highest levels of customer service that I've experienced that would even put the fancy restaurants to shame. He was very friendly, asked how my food was and if I need anything further. On my way out, he held the door open for me. A very welcoming service and amazing experience. Will definitely be back again!

No forks visible, have to ask for ketchup and mayonnaise, these should all be visible on the normal storage facility customers side.
Food was ok, but I have had better.
Once again another young staff member miserable as sin, bring back more mature servers or lose customers to the competition

Zinger chicken wasn't even cut properly and took a half hour wait just to wait for this. Disappointed and the machine gave me a duplicate number order so I had no choice but to ask but the front service was really polite & patient. They definitely need 1 more person for lunchtime as serving for more than 30 people with 2 people is inefficient.

Food slow and overlooked and absolutely disgusting eating in area - no hand sanitiser and rubbish everywhere. I had a bad stomach afterwards, I suspect due to the unsanitary conditions. Seriously, KFC should remove this places franchise ASAP

Worst KFC I've been in.

Rood stuff - ordered two portions of 3 pcs chicken tray because we were two people. Everything was thrown in one bag. I say I ordered two portions in two boxes, stuff became irritated and rude that I dared to complain. Eventually they throw on my tray two card trays.

Extremely dirty place, especially downstairs eating area. Dirt everywhere.

Very dirty toilets. The floor was slippery, and NOT because it was washed. Liquid soap was missing, there was a plastic container that you have to pour it in your hand with something looking like liquid soap but instead it was only was yellow water. All the soap dispensers broken from the wall.

The worst and most horrible KFC I've ever been!!!

Good old KFC, always there when you need them.

It'a a good KFC in terms of location. Ordered 4 meals + sides. Some of the burgers were cold and was given out a wrong drink. This wasn't a problem, as went to change it straight away until, but staff was pretty rude and quite annoyed by it. I do understand that it can be busy and difficult, but manners come first.

Ridiculous service. We reached here at 10:55pm and they said only take away. It says on their website that they are serving until 11:30pm but they did not serve us to dine in. Their response was that they also have to wind up and go home too. Very rude and unprofessional service. I would never go to this branch. KFC company should take notice.
