Busy motorway service station, very good customer service, prompt service delivery, enough seating area, neat and clean seating area/table Clean toilet facilities, Costa coffee, small Chinese takeaway, patrol station .....

Visited yesterday about 19.30… I was appalled by what I saw…. Food cooked a long time before they gave it to the person who purchased it. Almost an hour wait and when the food arrived it was stone cold… there were at least 60 orders waiting to be served up, if not more. The place is a disgrace… food all over the floor in the kitchen and burgers and other food all piled up. The behaviour of the staff was shocking too… but this is down to the store managers. Whoever they are they need to look after their staff and sort out this shambles

6 am Sunday morning. July 31st. There are 1000 fly around. I chose to eat inside cause its comfy. I regret it. They sit on my food and on my hands, can't stand them inside a food facility.
No-one does a thing about it. Nice job McD. I bet you need orders from US headquarters to try to get rid of them. Junk food. Junk place. Everyone smiling like its heaven.

Ordered two wraps both were crusty tortilla,like it’s been sitting out for a while. Had no sauce either. Both caramel lattes were half full without any whip cream and sugar coating. Horrible experience. Staff behind the counter were fighting among themselves as well as screaming profanities. Feeling traumatised. Never again.

Two issues here really: the main one being the length of time to be served despite it not being particularly busy (~20 minutes. I was #3 and by the time I got the food they were serving #34); and the second being that roughly half of the service screens were out of order. Pretty shabby all round really.

I don't usually leave reviews for fast-food restaurants but one of the employees 'Timmy' really showed us some excellent customer service and kindness - what an absolute asset to your team! Please pass on to Timmy to let him know how appreciated he is!

This isn't fast food. Waited over 20 minutes for a regular meal with a coffee. I've waited far less for 6 meals.

I'm happy to accept terrible processed food if it comes in less than 5min but this was abysmal. Had to abandon my order to get back on the coach.
