Mr Pretzels

Took a very long time to make and was not enjoyable at all. The taste was bland (perhaps there was supposed to be salt on it?), the base was burnt, the tomatoes advertised were sundried, as you can see from the photo, the ones I received were not. I paid close to £5 for this?!?!? Never again. It's a rip off in my opinion.

Bought the pretzel bites for my daughter, got home and realise they were burnt as it seems like they tried to hide it with the sugar and cinnamon. It was so hard to even bite into it as the burnt part of the bites were rock hard.

If there was an option to give this place a ZERO rating, I would gladly do it. It's very obvious that this place has NO manager or anyone responsible for THREE team members who were waisting my time today by chatting away their shift, while telling me to come in 15min (after I already paid), then 4min (after I came back), then serving somebody else, and lastly another 10min to actually do something.

I'm not the only one to complain about the nonexisting customer service of this particular stall, but I'm just really shocked that this company has done absolutely NOTHING in the past 10 months to review this selling point and raise the horrible rating of 2 stars.

Like everyone else said before, this was the first and the last time I came here. Those three staff members TODAY should maybe visit some other stalls (Kingston for example) and learn what the customer service is actually about. They, had NO worry in the world giving your company bad name by providing ZERO customer service, but keeping on top of the chatting game. 👎

I visit Croydon more often when ever I go I don't forget to buy pritzels and krispy Kreme doughnuts.
Mr. Pretzels are really awesome with a soft handmade bun with a chocolate syrup on top or sugar powder. I am sorry but while typing I feel mouth watering and feel to have right now ☺️. You no need to wait longer for the order and also has a siting area.

I’ve served by two young ladies called Maggie and Jess 10/10 customer service, very polite offered a tip but they wanted a review instead. Thank you very much girls

Here now! Not happy with pretzel. Gave me pretzel that had been sitting there for a long time. I saw her splash hot oil on them to make it seem like they've just been made. Customer Service is poor I will never come back here again, and give them my custom.

I have been going there every week about 2 to 3 times i have experience alot of things there but today its too much you have 3 female staff work there no experience at all. When i talk to them they would like at me up and down and talk about me as if i can't hear them. They would be chatting away or on their phone while you are waiting to be served.. today i thought i have paid for 2 cinnamon pretzels with card waiting for 5 minutes with my son after school while they were talking to each other.... and then to be told oh sorry we are having card machine problems today why not tell me that before you went off chatting...never again am i going there Auntie Annies getting more business

I've always loved this place and the pretzels there are lovely. However, today was not a nice experience. When I asked about a dietary requirement the lady there mocked me and sounded very condescending. She started to explain to me for 5 minutes how the pretzels are prepared and how much extra work she has to do now because I touched the table. In short, the customer service really put me off and I won't be supporting this establishment in the future.
