Favorite Chicken & Ribs Downham

Good civil staff but the last two times I’ve been it has upsets my stomach. I had different meals on both occasions and have woken up to stomach pains afterwards twice. Their special offers aren’t that special and there’s no freebies anymore (they used to look after regular custom). Also the staff only serve one customer at a time which is weird considering the only thing that needs preparing are chips. Seems like regular custom has become irrelevant and the standards are slipping. Use a Morley’s if you have one within reach.

Best chicken shop around. Always freshly fried chips and Quality chicken in no time.Friendly staff that always look after their customers. All Morley’s don’t come close . Quick service

I’ve never been before but I tried some of my friends food and it was amazing. Please open in west whickham or biggin hill. But I’m a bit concerned with the missing picture of the chicken 😂

It is in a nice spot close to Tesco and Iceland. I did not find the person on the till was not appearing to welcome the customer even when there’s no customer. Why would someone spend money in a place where you feel like welcomed. The chicken burger was good but the wings felt like gone off…

Things to improve;
Customer service and
Food quality.

Hoping to give them a chance again to see whether I will get the service that which I am entitled to🤔🤔

I am so disappointed. I placed an order and noticed that the owner was wearing the same gloves that he handled the previous customer change with. I then kindly asked the owner if he could remove his gloves before he starts to prepare the food and the man became aggressive, refused to remove the gloves and ordered me to leave the shop. I will never shop there again! We are in a pandemic let alone all the other microorganisms found on money. Yuck

Not gonna lie! Swear down never had a bad meal from this place! Chicken is always on point and the fire fillet burger is the One!
Bossman and his mandem got the seasonings, portions and prices on Lock! And they all Always polite and Ting! Bun Morleys!
