Well where do we start. Waited to be served by a staff member that didn't know what she was doing, while what can only be described as what we believe to be a shift leader waving a hammer around (which she later used to smash ice build up in pop fridge). After almost 30 minutes we received our food. (Completely made up incorrectly) and poor quality. Baked beans with no label on as to when they was prepared or even a destroy time and not even hot. All there interested in is online orders. (Uber, just eat etc). We won't be returning to this site for a while.

Brilliant! Much better than rugeley. Great service. Due an accident, a member of staff knocked a burger into the floor and dues to the waiting time, they replaced all of our order with fresh food and extremely apologetic about it. Thanks to Sue and the staff for being so helpful

Ordered 2 rice boxes and a wrap meal. Ordered in store as drive thru was shut. Waited 15 minutes while 3 other customers who came in after us got served before us aswell as an user driver.
Asked for a refund and the two girls just stood looking at me gone out. The manager came over and said the rice boxes were nearly done. Still had a refund no apology whatsoever.
Service and staffing levels need a serious overhaul

If I could rate this a ZERO, I WOULD!

Worst experience of KFC I have ever received. I know my family have said on and off that they have had a bad experience but I thought it might not be that bad today with it being 16:10 and quiet.
I was 100% wrong.

We went through the drive through as it was quiet and thought it would be faster than going in. The girl that took our order we could hardly even hear her, she didn't even seem to know what she was even doing. Rice boxes again not available, seriously needs to be taken off the menu this does as they never seem to have them.

Eventually paid and we were left waiting at the window for 15 minutes. Food came wrong as we expected it might be. Went in to question something that we were charged for that we didn't know about and get the food we were missing. I wasn't even acknowledged when I went in and stood waiting for ages. Staff looked far too young to be working there and didn't seem to be doing much. Poor customer service too, no hello or welcome. Just had a 'You ordering?'. When I eventually got spoken too, I sorted my charge and then questioned about my missing food. I was told that it would be a 20 minute wait for the food! This is a joke as it was quiet and staff were standing around. This was their fault too, I refused to wait for it and said she will have to give me stuff they have.

Staff here are way too young and seem to not know what they are doing. A management lady was complaing and moaning with another girl while I was standing there about apparently how hard they were working and tired they were. No customer should see or experience the horrendous experience we had. This was awful.

KFC has really gone down hill and I will not be coming here again.
Would have been better getting a pizza delivered.

Been here a few times now but always seem to forget to pack the the correct order. Then have to go back for the correct order. Always seem to concentrate on uber eats drivers first

Shocking. Placed an uber order for a boneless bucket. All the fries are missing. Uber eats driver said he can't do anything. Rang kfc said they have 3 people packing and the packed them, clearly 3 people can't count 4 bags of fries and it spoils the whole order. Said they can't do anything about it. Absolutely shocking customer service, pack it right you don't upset the customer or employee people that count.

So this place has just had a refit. So not gonna be short of anything like they used to be. Try again. No beans. BEANS. How can a KFC have no beans. And no mini fillet burgers. Chips were luck warm. And I was asked if I wanted to "go large". Didn't realise that only meant the drink. Either stick to the Orbital one or better still, go to Maccies.

Took a table marker for table service. Instead a girl shouted no 21 from the counter so I had to collect my food, half a bag of luke warm chips,a very small pot of gravy half full(£1.59 making gravy about £150a gallon)nice chicken which was hot. Staff seemed to be focussing on deliveries so my meal took 15 mins. Felt disappointed as I like KFC done well and I had to clean my own table with napkins as it had crumbs and liquid on it
