Ordering the food via drive thru and the girl did not seem to respond quickly or type our order correctly on the system. Then being told to park up and wait for about 10 - 15 minutes. After that, the old lady came to our car and deliver the order. She is very kind and polite as well.

23/09/22 order a big tasty with bacon and for the second time, there was no bacon on the burger. Chips are usually cold. No sauce in the bag etc. Standards seem to be well below average.

It's improved over the last few years, has some extremely busy times like Sunday lunch. They had 16 orders waiting today, plenty of staff just volume of people over a small time frame. Food was good and correct, definitely improved.

We frequently visit this McDonald's after swimming and the service is soo slow. Took almost 25 mins for the food to be served tonight (7pm) and most of it was cold. Orders were backing up under the heat lamps but no one was doing anything about it, staff going at snails pace. McDonald's head office really need to investigate branches such as this one as the service really let's it down and gives it a bad name. I'm sure 25 mins an order can't be expected service levels?

Worst Mcdonalds in the UK, we are local and they get our order wrong EVERY single time I make the mistake of using them. How hard is it to look at a screen and put the items on the screen in a bag.........If i could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this place it is a shambles

The consistency of the Selby McDonald's to let customers down with missing items in large orders remains. This time it was fries missing from my order. Do any of these negative reviews actually get read by managers I wonder because nothing seem to change for the good does it. Uber drivers can be blamed for late deliveries especially when it's busy yes but it's not these drivers looking at a screen and putting the order together is it. Clearly McDonald's will settle for poor customer service.

Live locally and it’s probs one of the worst macdonalds for service, it takes so long for them to produce your order no matter how small it is “ the common phrase, when you get to the 2nd window is, Can you park up please!” Unfortunately there isn’t another in the vicinity otherwise I wouldn’t come here And the worst aspect is after you’ve parked up and waited for a double cheeseburger, it isn’t even warm never mind hot Avoid if you can!!!!!!! Better yet get a takeaway pizza at least it’s not cold
