KFC Peckham - Rye Lane

Refurbished kfc with the new look and self-service kiosks. Unfortunately, itwas not a halal branch so I couldn't have the chicken. It was quite busy but strangely enough they shuttered down most of the seating area at 6:30pm and made it inaccessible for diners.

Customer service was quick besides been busy. The self-service kiosks have been a welcome additions to the branches

This is another one from the chain which you definitely don't want to visit.
Always packed, even when they have 3 or 4 tills always one working and it looks like there is two staff people (one on till and second one on kitchen) both veeeeery slow.
After waiting nearly for TWENTY minutes for mini fillet burger which is prepared on the spot and should be pipping hot it looked like someone has sit on it plus it was barely warm.
Avoid this place because there 50+ other places on high street where you can eat way better.

Never any wipes, no hand sanitizer and the toilet is always under lock and key. "Finger lickin COVID". Environmental health should be informed about it. The manager said "their is nothing that he can do it is HQ's fault". Shocking

Self serving kiosks at first did not work but was then solved by staff quite quickly however the speed of service to customers could've been a lot faster

The world's slowest KFC with brain dead snail paced employees. Recently refurbished but with only one of the self service machines working and you're not allowed to order at the front. Just get it delivered or go to literally any other chicken shop.

The stars are for the mostly very young staff who have to put up with some shocking customers some of who think they're in a Michelin rated establishment. When I was there they were getting all kinds of grief but didn't flinch and got on with the job and stayed polite and friendly.

Terrible service, horrible attitude and when I requested for my meal to be brought to the table at the kiosk, they completely neglected it left it in the dumbwaiter and I had to go up and collect it myself.

Would give it 0 stars if I could, definitely do not recommend.

I think all restaurants that allow family dining should have a children adventure playroom handy.....please find the kids a new happy reason for attending
