McDonald's

Seating indoors and out. One of the best outdoor seating areas I think. Access for pushchairs and wheelchair.
6 touch screens, on this visit, 5 ipdas in the kids section all workingon this visit.
Everything else is what you expect to see at McD.
Tables were very clean staff were cleaning them after customers had left.
All staff were pleasant and polite during the visit for a Saturday evening.
Drive thru available, there are 2 disabled spaces just outside. Plenty of additional car parking spaces. 2 EV charging points are available at KFC next door.

When they get it right it's good but that is a rare occurrence! Buy mainly through the mcdonalds app and it's like the employees can't read a simple list of items to put in a bag. Majority of times there is something missing or the fries are half full. When paying for a service would expect a bit of pride to be taken in their work!

Last 3 times iv been they have got my order wrong. Fries are always unsalted. Never have frapes at peak times the machines always broken. And now we have to pay 10p for sauce because macdonalds is struggling to make more profit than last year.

literally ordered a 6 chicken nugget meal, only 4 chicken nuggets. Asked for the free sweet curry sauce that goes with the meal, is on the receipt never received it. bit upset

Typical McDonald's. Good food, Average service and Decent lively atmosphere.
They've took away the chicken legend which I'm quite upset about but there are other meals to be had.

TL;DR: it's a McDonald's just expect the usual

Awful mcdonalds left my food on the counter for 10 minutes to go cold while everyone was chatting and no one had made my drinks. They then wanted to try and charge me for sauce for my stone cold unsalted chips. Oh and there's absolutely no signage to say that they are now charging for sauces, theres no option for you to buy sauces on the machine and the til was unmanned. The staff also have major attitude problems, no apology at all

Ordered a delivery through the McDonald’s app and it came with the wrong food. When we called to get it sorted they said to call ubereats so we called them and they said there’s nothing they can do. Can’t send the right stuff to us or refund it so we’ve had to pay for the right stuff again to be delivered which costed more for delivery than for the right food.

Great location, basically a motorway services but a proper franchise rather than roadchef fake maccies. Car park a bit small, but plenty of seating inside and out.
