McDonald's

At the moment, my experience of visiting at night, is that the drive thru queue goes past the mini roundabout (just outside). But it does generally move very quickly.

Usual drive through experience at this time. 11.30pm. So we used the counter this time. The service was fast in and out in 5 minutes. The store was very busy with the local drinkers getting their munchies in on the way home. The staff doing their best to maintain order and helping people with the touch screen orders.

Today, I ordered on the app again. They scrubbed the order as the person in from had two orders one car. The young lady name G was clearly new and inexperienced. Her manager was shouting at her which was horrible to hear and witness. There was a lady who was hearing impaired and tapping her and signing at her. And I personally would not like my colleague to be tapping me at all. They argued amongst themselves, all while I waited. I respect the young lady so much for not losing her cool. She was the only one concerned about the fact I am waiting for my food and have paid for a service undelivered. The food when received was cold. I ask for fresh fries and received this. But my Big mac was so soggy its sitting in the bag with the fries.

We are very disappointed.
We will go to other places that can chage phones and a friendly environment.

They have started charging for sauces, I don’t mind paying that but they should tell you when you pay as they won’t let you pay on card at the next window for them. A little sign in the window is easily missed when paying after a long day at work

This place needs to be more careful with their orders. When people place a request for items to be removed from a meal, then this is ignored and you get it anyway it is very frustrating and can be dangerous. Maybe the staff should be trained better on allergens and what could happen if you ignore the dietary request. It’s dangerous. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Maybe read up on “Pret”….

Very sweet place. we drive through and take away some tasty almost every week. But their happy meal size is not enough for adults:((((
