KFC Walton on Thames

Dinner. Zinger Burger meal. Minimal chips, but the burger tastes cool.
Small shop with a counter to watch the world go by.
I miss the chili salt sold by the South Africa franchise.

Order was short, missing 2 portions of chips. 10 piece bucket had 6 tiny wings in it. Delivery drivers definitely get preference in this branch, won't be going back there, Hampton Hill branch much better.

pleasantly surprised by service and quality experience tonight ,,Sunday PM, (only live 50 yds away)as I have previously slated this place(1 yr 2rs ago ) for pigeon size portions ..but good tonight...carry on..😊

The staff behaves in an unprofessional way. Their attitude especially towards delivery drivers is insane. At very busy time when you enquire about your order they will always respond you against the customer services ethics. And it does not happen only once. To me worst customer services in Walton on thames.

Two separate visits to this KFC and both times have been ill the day after. Service is poor, not a smile to be seen and you feel like your interupting them on entry. Typical crowd of app delivery drivers crowding collection area.

No parking, shop front very small and cramped. Different deals in store to those online, which is confusing. Cant beat the food though as one of the best branches around.

The KFC morals and ethics were not shown in this franchise and i HAVE been banned from returning to that KFC.

And it does not happen only once they have been doing this with me and my fellow workers and i have been patient. To me worst customer services in Walton on thames. i have been racially abused by KFC employees and manger workers i can’t see his name properly but I’m sure his name is Bardely . I am a motorist rider that delivers on just eat and uber eats this is my horrific experience.
Once i asked the worker how long the order that i was going to collect after patiently waiting 20 minutes was going to take but was told to not ask questions and wait till i am given. I then asked to speak with the store manager and he said that he is the manager but you can tell he was lying, with his facial expressions he was disrespectfully speak to me telling me and called his other colleague to start shouting and to try get me out of the store.
After all the shouting that i received he then told me to never step into the KFC store and said i am banned from receiving orders from here as of right now and the foreseeable future according to employee.
i was also told to never accept orders from KFC or to even step into the store this has a mental health affect on me since i have never experienced this time of racial discrimination and segregation they didnt wanna even accept my apology.

I paid £3.29 for a bottle of Tango which did not arrive. I can't get any answer from Deliveroo for a refund. The restaurant in Walton said they would refund but none came. I won't be using this company again
