KFC Canning Town - Barking Road

Always terrible service at this store, very slow to take orders & to acknowledge customers, this maybe due to increased business by Uber & Just eat where the focus seems to be getting their orders out first. Generally the store is kept clean but the toilets are always out of order, if you’re looking for quick bite there are plenty of good alternatives near by, if has to be KFC order via a 3rd party.

The delivery time was good but I ordered a fillet burger meal with a side of chips along with some water, once my order got here I noticed I hadn’t received my chips or my water… what exactly did I pay for?! And this is not the first time this has happened.

Everything was perfect great value great quality.
So many times been here
But the toilets never seen in order.every time I come see the same same notice on the toilets.

Last time I went there with my little boy, couldn’t find a seat at first. All delivery people were occupying the seats, talking among themselves, on phones, with staff drinking from big 2litre bottles they brought from outside. It looked more like a waiting area for delivery people than for customers. Staff are too busy talking among themselves in their own language…quite interesting some of the topics if you knew what they were saying!! They do not pay attention to orders, my drinks were wrong, things were missing from our box meal. Then my 9 year old went up to the counter, thank God he is quite charming, cause after that they listened to us and rest of our experience after that was quite pleasant. Watch out when you order takeaway from there, never ever I got what I ordered.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The only good thing about it was the drinks. We stopped by for lunch yesterday as we aren’t local and couldn’t find anything else. Stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before we were served. The staff were standing around doing absolutely nothing. It’s quite a small KFC, there is a small room where you order and it leads into another small room with 3 tables. Two of these tables were taken, one by customers, the other by staff on what I presume was his lunch break. The 3rd table was dirty, both the table and chairs were covered in sauce and someone had left an empty cup. I asked as we ordered for something to clean the table, the man behind the counter said that someone was on it. He wasn’t. He just swept under the table. Our food actually didn’t take too long, maybe 5-10 minutes. When we got our food we went over to the table and it was still dirty. I went back to the counter and asked again for something to clean the table. The man behind the counter said the man that had swept should’ve done it, and proceeded to ask him to clean the table. The man that had swept said he had already and they went back and forth at each other a couple times before proceeding to argue in another language. The guy that had swept then goes over to the table picks up the cup and then walks away. We had to clean the table and chairs ourselves with the wipes and napkins they gave us with our food, meaning we couldn’t wipe our hands after we’d eaten, not a big deal, but still a bit annoying. Honestly, I would’ve happily cleaned the table myself if he had given me a cloth and a spray, hence I asked for something to clean the table with, but he didn’t. Instead he asked the most incompetent staff member he could to do it and all he did was stare and give us attitude. We didn’t even get an apology; not for the table being dirty to begin with, not for the abrupt argument they had in front of several customers, and not for the rude man that, for some reason, despite it literally being his job, refused to clean the table. The chicken was okay. The fries were awful. Terrible service and dirty tables.

Very slow preparation of food after ordering on deliveroo. It’s been nearly 90 minutes and still no sign of my food! Two delivery drivers have left because KFC are taking so long to prepare it. Never ordering from this branch again!

Ordered from here via the KFC app. Took ages to arrive, and when it did come was stone cold, tiny portions (about 10 chips) and burger all thrown about. Avoid!

There are more delivery drivers wait then customers on the till and they get the first priority.I bought a mighty bucket for one meal and found feathers on the chickens. It looks disgusting. I am buying the food, kfc is not giving me free food so why i have to eat them uncleaned?? ...
