Hot and great tasting food, slightly let down by inconsistent server, why advertise my order number being ready for collection when you have only just started preparing it, and do pay more attention to which sauces I order. It seems to be a common problems at all Macds to just make a guess

Please can you explain why you do not accept bank of Scotland notes. Bank of Scotland is one of 8 banks in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland who issue bank notes along with Royal Bank Of Scotland, Clydesdale Bank, First trust Bank, Ulster Bank, Bank of Ireland and Bank of England. I find this rather annoying and would like an answer. Please don’t use the excuse of your staff don’t know what they should look like as an excuse they work with money and it’s your responsibility to make sure they are fully clued up on what is a note and what isn’t regardless if it’s printed in England, Scotland or Northern Ireland. Your staff member today looked puzzled when I said to her it was £10 Stirling as if she didn’t know what Stirling was. Thanks

Restaurant is local and atmosphere is good friendly staff and service is quick delivery is fast too depending on app can't seem too pin my address on Uber app though

I've lived in Melton most of my life and in all the years I have never in my life seen such an awful maccies as this one.... Always mess stuff up... Always cold.... Always avoid at every cost because honestly if I put my honest review it'll just get removed but believe me I know inside info regarding this place... They are very dirty and rude oh let's not forget they put my son in a&e 2 over his allergens which where quite clearly there

Absolutely disgraceful, ordered for 8 people, 1st time round missing over half the food, took it back they replaced it, and again missing food again, the 2nd time was packed by the shift manager. Tried ringing the store but 8 times so far and no answer, so complaint going in to head office. Save time and money and go elsewhere. The 2 ladies whom brought items out to the car, were very friendly and polite and couldn't fault their service.
Shame the rest of the staff inc managers don't pay attention.

A decent McDonald's. The car experience could definitely do with some improvements. There's only 2 click and collect spaces which are always in use. There are frequently traffic jams where cars queuing to enter the drive through block cars from leaving the drive through.

The worker was stood in the middle of the drive in reading an order I pipped for her to move out the way then she stool her fingers at me and my kids then proceeded to be rude to me inside the shop and talk about the situation to other customers. Very unprofessional behaviour especially in front of my young kids

I've not been into a McDonald's for years as I am a vegan. When their new mcplant burger came out though I had to give it a go. It was just how I remembered big Mac's. Absolutely amazing. When companies like these start to diversify away from meat then we all need to back them up. 10 out of 10 McDonald's.
