KFC Winchester - Upper Brook Street

If you're looking for some food don't bother with this place staff in a trance most of the time haven't a clue what's going on 20 minutes to get one order which is literally a chicken fillet and some gravy wasn't that busy maybe 4 people in the place

UPDATED - my second one star review of this place. A year later and standards are still below acceptable. I've never had an order correctly delivered from here, one incident I waited 2 hours and had to walk down to the restaurant to chase my order. The staff seem to be overwhelmed and there is no management presence.

Pretty poor. The chicken was really greasy, especially the wings which felt like they'd been sat there a while. Chips were soggy too.
The staff were rude - whilst I understand there are restrictions on where to stand and how many people in at one time there's no need to shout at the customers. Nobody seemed very pleased to be there.
We weren't given any tissues, wipes orcutlery (despite ordering baked beans so I suppose we were meant to drink those) or any tissues or napkins. They didn't ask if I wanted sauce either.

People waiting over an hour for their orders! Staff were fulfilling Uber orders and not serving customers in store. Staff were painfully slow and had clearly given up. Absolutely terrible. I got a refund and left.

Went through the entire kiosk menu looking for the trilogy box meal - told can only order at tills (Why?!)

Waited by till for 10 minutes whilst one assistant just packed online/kiosk orders.

Had to ask why no-one was taking orders and was told "because i'm busy". This place must be losing money as they're always understaffed, keep the chicken out far too long and the place is never cleaned. Would give 0 stars if possible.

i work in this area ,KFC is my first choice in food ,In which area KFC has this store, then we are forced to go to this store. Because here the shift manager looks fat ,his way of talking is too root ,This has happened to me twice ,side oder gravy i got open ,Food spoiled ,I told her she said I don't know ,when we go to the next time ,He took the oder from me in such a way that he felt very bad about my coming ,now forced I have to eat Domino's Pizza.Improve customer services in this store,please.
Because KFC's service is completely different from other stores ,And I have always appreciate their customer service .

Staff very under staffed for a busy weekend evening! They tried their best but orders went out wrong and customers where getting annoyed! Come on KFC look after your staff please!!

Probably the worst Kfc in the uk. Shocking customer service, long waits, lying to customers about discounts and a dirty shop.

We arrived 20 minutes before closed and placed an order only to find out there weren’t enough boneless chicken fillets left so a great member of staff, Corbin, I believe, gave us a substitute of chicken for it which was very kind and to add to this was an incredibly kind and respectful member of staff, give that man a raise.
