McDonald's

Fantastic service received today from the manager Lewis. Nothing too much trouble and he went above and beyond for us. Great food, fantastic service. Lewis is definitely a credit to McDonald's. Thank you so much Lewis.

Met my daughter during lunch for a quick bite to eat. Food was hot unlike most visits to other McDonald's and the staff were fantastic. My daughter said staff are always helpfull and friendly when she visits from her 6th form. Lovely visit, very clean. We will definitely visit Clay Cross McDonald's again.

Just had food delivered through Uber eats, order was wayyy wrong.

One of the 2 banana milkshakes was strawberry and had so much concentrate flavour it was undrinkable, to the extent it made my face scrunch it was so strong.

None of the sauces where with the meal, disappointing enough when the sauce comes with the cheese bites but even more so when you paid for extra sauces off the menu (sweet curry) and they weren't even in the bag.

The food was ice cold and not at all enjoyable, really disheartening after a long day and deciding to treat yourself to a maccys.

Been going down hill for a long time and think that may be the last maccys I'll have, genuine waste of £25, next time I'll just cook, at least the food will be warm and what I wanted.

Been here a number of times since I moved here, customer service is always poor and on 3 occasions got home to realise my order is wrong or missing an item. They never ask if you want sauces either and I always have to go in to get them,so whats the point in drive through. I now drive to the one in Chesterfield even though its further just to save on the drama of going here. Never get order right when it's not even busy!!

Shocking service not even worth one star.

Called tonight at drive through, when got home which is only a quick drive found the order was wrong food was cold had to microwave it, phoned to tell them done of our order was missing and chips were cold they have a refund on missing food next time we go but said couldn't do same for the cold food. This is the second time in a week that they have got order wrong and missed items.Very disappointed to say the least not sure I even want to call again

It's good, just like other mcdonalds. Doesn't mess up your order as frequently sometimes the wait is high though and they seem to put way too much ice in the frappe's compared to Alma

It's McDonnalds. You like it or you don't. Never had a problem here, and usually use drive thru, but have eaten in. Staff are lovely. Even have some games tablets for the kids, and a little toddler level play area...although my 11 and 12 year old found use of it too 🤣

Staff were prompt and attentive. They all gave fantastic service. The best McDonalds service we’ve had in a long time.
