McDonald's

Went into the kingsmead McDonald's with my partner to sit down for a bite to eat. There was milkshake all around one of the tables all over the floor the bins what are overflowing with rubbish it look like no one had cleaned the seating area for quite some time none of the tables have been wiped down it was disgusting I asked the manager this would use it up a table at home ma in that state.

The worst experience ever.
Tables and floors dirty, a customer asked for a table to be cleaned finally some one did do it but just that table. What about the rest?
Bins full so no one could clear their trays.
no staff keeping the area clear and clean for customers to eat their food.
Automatic ordering in side not working properly and had to wait for staff to take order.
It seemed a long wait for order.
I will never use it again

ordered 2 big tasty with bacon burgers via drive thru, disappointed when we opened the box at home as the bacon was missing!!! but before that, they forgot to give the triple cheeseburger so we had to stop at their carpark to ask for the missing triple cheeseburger. still nice but just disappointed!

They might be fast with the drive-through but they need to slow down with the preparation!

Put heated seats on before set out to McDonald's. Got home, less than 2 minutes drive, all food cold. I know McDonald's goes cold fast but 2 minutes? I don't know if this review surprises anyone.

I just want to say a massive thank you to the lady on shift that helped me when i passed out whilst inside the store, she kept me calm and made sure i was okay up until i was fit enough to leave, she also walked me to the car. she also gave my daughter a mcflurry as my daughter was upset when she saw me poorly on the floor.

I went to this mcdonalds with my 3 kids on a weekday, as it was around 9pm they had closed off the upstairs seating area which meant there was hardly any place to dine in. The limited seating that were available were mostly occupied and what wasn't was filthy. We finally managed to find a place to sit and I decided to order from the table with the mcdonalds app. I ordered 3 large fries and had a customised wrap. The fries were all cold and the wrap was cold dry and certainly not customised to my preference. There were no tissues or straws to be found anywhere and there was no one at the desk to serve you. We literally had to shout for someone to come out and serve us, it was an absolute disgrace to say the least. This mcdonalds does not currently offer a delivery service and wasn't particularly busy at the time we were there so the poor service was inexcusable. There was an outdoor playground for the kids however even that was poorly maintained and was filthy. There was food packaging everywhere loose fries and drink cups everywhere inside it. From my personal experience I wouldn't recommend this place.

Been a few times and the service is slow. Ordered meal to table through app. Had to go and ask were it was. 10 min wait. Then had to collect it myself. More interested in the drive through then walk in customers. Today 28.12.22. The staff are rude made a complaint a d just got a shrug and say dont care. Manger sorted it out.. but if your going to work in retail change your attitude.
