Incredibly long wait for a bargain bucket at the end of an incredibly long day.
Not impressed.
Never again !
... it turned out they had forgotten to cook the chicken filet for my filet burger meal....
They told me it would be another 10 minutes. Unfortunately everyone else in my group had already finished eating and I didn't want to delay our departure any further so I asked for a refund and left hungry.
While I was asking 2 other customers over heard and asked about there orders as well. It seems the same had happened to them. Frankly if you are in a kitchen and you keep getting orders for chicken filets, then you should start cooking them!
Not impressed
It's got to be the worst KFC not just in the UK, but the whole world.
First, the service is dreadful, appalling. We waited 45 minutes to get our food.
Second, the order was completely wrong. So I took it back and had to wait a further 10 minutes. We got our replacement and it was wrong again. I had to explain slowly and in detail what I ordered. (BTW, our original order was done on the digital display, so communication should not have been an issue). We was then given another replacement which was totally wrong again and lukewarm.
I ended up giving in, and we consumed the food due to desperation and time already spent.
We were totally ripped off. We paid extra for the fillet chicken but never actually got it. 3 times they got it wrong. If we weren't in such a rush we would not have left.
I would totally avoid this KFC and service station. I would not come back here again even it the food was free.
I ordered and in these senators he didn't complete any of my requests:
1-I ordered my first order and wanted to redeem my free 🌯 wrap, he just told me the system don't work, and didn't try to do anything from his side to help me with it. I could see that I was able to redeem it but he REFUSED to try to help so I had to buy a full price wrap.
2-after my first order I went back to order again,so I scanned my QR code and selected a meal for one (£2.99) ((deal at the time on the app))+ dip (£0.50) so after spending more than £3 you are entitled to have your students Offer.
I have done this many times with different branches and no one had a problem serving me,
This time the manager (Ali) REFUSED to serve nor speak to me after I asked him why can't you give me the students Offer , his defence was that it's not on the system, but I know for a fact that they can do this.
After that he refused to help me he looked away and asked for another customer to come forward and serve them, basically ignoring me entirely.
That is no way to treat a loyal customer who knows better than you what you can and can't do. lying to a customer is the worst thing you can do.
He didn't just lie, he ignored and laughed when I said I will write a bad review for them.
