This McDonald’s Needs Some Serious Help In Regards To Staff And Delivery Time.
I Waited 20 Minutes For An Order I Placed Before I Even Got To The Store Via Their App.
Their Are So Many Customers At This Store And Not Enough Staff To Serve Everyones Food In Promptly Manner.

When You Do Get Your Food Most Of The Time It Is Luke Warm Or Cold.
I Had To Warm Mine Up In Microwave With Is Just Nasty After You Do That And Everyone Knows It.
I Wanted To Give The Shop Another Chance But Unfortunately I Will Not Being Into This Store Again.

Service was sub-bar, in the 20 minutes we spent waiting for our food, no one came to clean up, the place was a state - a real shame.

I went with my daughter for lunch, around 1.30pm and I was extremely disappointed. Chaotic order/ pick up system. There is no indication how long the wait will be. The food for the orders is dropped at one 'table' and stays there until the other parts are finished. It that means 15 min waiting, then it stays there for 15 min. As a result you an almost cold order after a long wait.

The one service staff that kept the sitting area clean really did his best.

In my opinon this store needs some serious look at their work flows an more staff.

I won't go there again any time soon.

Unbelievably slow service, waited for 15 min for a cheeseburger and a bottle of water, after asking to cancel my order, received it within 1min. There’s no sense of urgency amongst staff when they prepare and pack the food, I was witnessing it for 15 min while waiting for my order.

I was not please how rude the staff was. The food came out cold. Not good I will not be coming in there any more. Very dirty not good also they drop the chips on the floor and give them to the customer was not good.

awful management. managers aren’t doing anything in store to speed up service or ensure proper procedures. staff messing up order’s constantly when the store is empty, staff moving at a snails pace in front of customers whilst management are nowhere to be seen. all managers here need to be taught how to manage by external staff because no management is going on at all in the store.

what is this? McDonald's is absolutely terrible garbage everywhere, in the terminal, when I made an order, they didn’t give me a check, the order was made for 20 minutes, after that they sat on a smelly sofa with crumpled napkins on the table, it’s clear that no one cleans anything. It can be seen that there was no atmosphere, no service. We packed the burger in a torn bag, and the nuggets were packed in a fat, cardboard bag, I won’t say anything about the pie, they gave it to me cold in a fat cardboard package, I didn’t like anything, dirt everywhere, etc. disgusting

Waiting times are long, and machines break often. One of the machines has been frozen for 2 months now, making the lines longer even before it broke. However the food is fine and tastes okay.
