Very dirty place
Toilet seats wasn’t cleaned for weeks
Staff did not wear no hairnets while prep food
I have asked to get the table cleaned member off staff was getting me ridiculous answer
They have forgotten about our drinks and we had meals
Hairnets was in public seating areas
Everywhere rubbish
Manager seemed to be in his own world (perhaps under drugs)
To get your sauces out of dispenser you have to you use your own lids as none was supplied
We had a 24 h trip from Germany and was really looking forward to eat in mc Donald’s
After waiting for 20 minutes despite we were the only I store customers we have finally got our food

DON'T GO HERE !!!!!!

I went here for a quick meal and I spent 30 minutes minimum in the drive through que, it's like they're forced to make good customer service........ NOT GOOD.

The pay point window was ok apart from the young man that gave me a price with no receipt plus I couldn't see my order on screen like you usually can when you pay.

At the collection point the young man gave me my burger without my fries or my drink in the end he made 3 trips to get the rest of my meal he had no clue what he was doing.

This is the 3rd time a confusion regarding my order has happened within the staff at this branch.
If your looking for a Mc Donald's in the area please don't leave without checking your order first.

Hmmmm, interesting experience. We had to wipe our own tables and then surprise - no forks for salads, but they had a spoon for me instead... Well, I suppose just don't go to McDonald's for a salad 😆 The girl who served us was sweet though, it's not her fault that their manager didn't order the forks.

This is good for probably a drive through. We came here to sit down, lucky I had no children with me, because walking to the front via several roads, leading onto a main road, can be dangerous with little to no footpath.

Service was slow, food typically McDonald's. And the atmosphere was dreadful. So small and full of undesirables.

This is perhaps the most unorganised franchise ever! Toilets are filthy. Staff are not properly trained. I've visited this place only 5 times. They never seem to have hot chocolate or milkshakes. Sometimes they're closed when meant to be open. Very, very disappointing! Will not be returning again.

Very quick service, decent prices, tasty food and fast service. Only problem was the ice cream machine was broken.

Stone cold food again. Staff don't care and shrug their shoulders as if to say so what. Worst McDonald's around this area within 10 miles.

Burger was packed and hot chips were fresh and hot polite staff so all good. Drive through was rather slow but it was busy so no drama
