McDonald's

The vegan approved McPlant burger that tastes just like meat.. a double patty is what we need though. We always get the meal with the hot chocolate which I absolutely love!! And the banana milkshake is one of my favourites too.

However the menu is limited as there aren't anything halal certified and I'm not too fond of the other veggie options.

Today I received the wrong order for maybe the 7th or 8th time going here. & I always seem to get something worth less money than I paid (today it was a bacon roll instead of a breakfast roll with extra bacon). The staff don't seem to know what they are doing, someone needs to come sort this franchise out because I've never had such a poor experience at a McDonald's. I've honestly received the wrong order more times than they've got it right .

Management is awful, delivery drivers stood in the way and barging customers waiting to order out of the way. Machines weren’t working and the waiting area is chaos when waiting for orders, screens show orders ready and they never are. Can never hear the people shouting out the orders as well. Also ordered deliveroo another day and they didn’t even put in the wrap i ordered. Cokes & fanta are always flat and half the time warm. Probably the worst Mcdonald’s i’ve been to and unfortunately it’s the closest one to where I live. Organisation is absolutely all over the place and could really do with its own area/shelf/window for delivery drivers instead of them taking up the whole place and pushing into people, had to have a go at them numerous times when in there. Orders are wrong pretty much every time 🤷🏻‍♂️

Third time I am getting coffee here and always warm to cold never as hot as it should be. By the time you have two sips coffee is ice cold already.

Average quality food. The ambiance is good. Very less space and low cout of staff.

Very slow.
Priority is given to Drive thru and the Uber orders.

Just witnessed the branch manager outside with a member of staff having a cigarette. Both walked back in andcl neither washed their hands.

Went through drive thru and service was great and fast. The staff named Shirin was professional and helpful. I had issues with the coffee earlier before but she has solved it and offered me another one. Such a good customer service from her even on the rush hour.

After finishing a 12 hour shift into the early hours of the morning, the only place open was McDonalds. I placed an order worth about £12. These people gave me an order worth about £7. Literally every part of my order was wrong. It wasn't even complicated. I know these people work long hours, however I urge customers to double check every order they get here. They can not be trusted to get your orders right. This is just one in tens of times Ive been scammed out of my time and money because these people cannot (or will not) read a receipt. Readers may think this is harsh, but Imagine the feeling of getting home after a long shift only to realise you've been scammed out of your time and money.
