KFC Fleetwood - Lord Street

Went today and ordered a meal to eat in. First of all chips are cold so had to get them changed for warm ones . Then half way through eating the young staff members behind the counter screamed what's that crawling? All the staff come running to the till and taking photos on their phones and laughing. Then you hear them saying don't look that's rank !!! With that we ask what they found and get told it's a leak under the counter. Got a refund and left . Obviously a very dirty restaurant. Definitely won't be going back there again.

Opening hours slightly reduced from other outlets we have visited. It didn't open until 12 noon. Friendly cheerful staff. A slight wait for our food but when it came it was very enjoyable. Plenty of parking nearby. Usual range of chicken dishes available. My favourite fast food outlet. 😋

Manager at this KFC was really helpful. The lady with specs on the 8th October 2022 on the night shift. pitty, I couldn't get her name. Great customer service with common sense 👏. Actioned fast. It was about to close when I went in but they were not in a rush like the other stores.

Food was nice when it was eventually ready…30 minutes was all it took. Also, one member of staff found it funny to shout “bogies” from the cooking area. Disgusting

We tried chicken wings, chicken burger, boneless chicken and popcorn chicken.. the boneless chicken fillets was not cooked fully (it was medium cooked).. the burger was good..

I only have KFC when there are vouchers available, the prices of items is ridiculous for delivery.
But none of this is Fleetwood KFC's fault, the restaurant is clean and well ran , always very busy testament to how good the food is , however I have to knock a star off for the Fries there absolutely horrible everytime ,. Original recipe chicken and burgers are my favourite,

Boxing Day 6pm thought I'd check if KFC is open , Google said yes but being cautious I thought I'd check the app , Yes Store open for Collection, it's a 20 min walk from my home so half way there placed a order on app all good payment took ,.
Arrived at Store in total darkness and Closed !
Then it started to rain , so a 40 min walk in total , For no Food and £15.99 missing from my bank .
Absolutely atrocious in this day and age , why is the app accepting orders when the store is closed ?
The So called "KFC Care team took 14 hours to respond with the usual DM is you're Email and we'll look into it ,also stating if any money was took in error it will be back in my account in 3-5 days !
It's 7 hours later now still not got back to me

Was a bit disappointed with the service, staff stood around in the back kitchen, seems more like cooked to order than "fast food" didn't seem to have any leadership. The till team seemed to be the only ones working,
