KFC Fleet - M3 South Services

It's becoming increasingly hard to find KFC'S worth eating but this is one. It was hot, fresh and tasty. Lost a star for price though

Refused to serve customers via till point (having being ignored standing at the till for 5 minutes), saying all tills were broken (not very believable as the self service counters were working)
Meaning those paying via cash, or with discount code (such as blue light card) could not be served.

Luckily north bound KFC were able to meet my needs :)

Very bad experience. No customer service. Staff forgetting items on nearly every order. Chips uncooked. Tea ordered cup half full. For the price you pay is a rip off.
Do not recommend.

Food was as you would expect from KFC, however some of the staff have no manners. Just look you in the face with a dumbfounded expression when asked questions.

The food was ok but items missed.
The service is terrible, staff that don't want to be there all they do is shout your number then they throw your food at you they don't even speak to the customers and.wjen you tell them they have missed something if the order they grunt at you get what was missed throw that on the counter and again all without saying a word not sorry for the mistake or even enjoy your meal.
If it was my company I would get some training in place it maybe in a service station on a motorway but manners are still expected.
Next time I'm there it's burger king or one of the other food options for me and my family.

service was ok portions uneven and some of the food was cold ...
ITS MEANT TO BE HOT !@!! but do they care ?

Hgv driver. Unable yo use good voucher on machine.
Stood at till for 10 mins whilst be looked at by staff member before being asked if they could help
