KFC Buckshaw Village - Munro Way

Never again!!! When it opened was the best!
Now I will never eat from here again! Chicken was slimy! Non of the coating stuck on it! We asked if possible for a keel but instead we got three drumsticks and three very small rib pieces! On the plus side the wings and mash, beans were nice

I really don’t know why I keep coming back to this KFC! On every visit, staff continually leave out items from the orders…. I’ve never written a review for KFC but on this occasion I felt it necessary.

Since Ubers, deliveroos etc have been flowing through the doors, service has got even worse but todays visit took the biscuit.

I’d order our meals to find as usual things missing, sauces, stirrers, sugar etc anyhow the young lady quickly provided the items.

My grandson decided he needed to use the toilet, literally as soon as we had started eating. So I told a member of staff where I was going and NOT to clear out table. It was more than evident where I was going as the door to the toilet to be unlocked and was opened by the same lady I’d asked NOT to clear the table!

On return the same young lady was actually clearing the table!!! Obviously I was shocked and asked her what she was doing, to be told she thought I’d said to clear the table! I cannot comprehend for the life of me why she would think to clear it when she was the one to open the toilet door and the one I specifically asked NOT to clear our table! Her attitude was one of oblivion and when I asked what she was going to do, she advised she’d sort it out again. In true Buckshaw KFC service the order came with the wrong drink, items missing and an attitude I can only describe as lacking in good customer service as there was no apology, no smiles or anything just one very miserable, oblivious to the world young lady.

If you are using young people then at least train them properly so they give your customers a good customer service and a good experience, not a bad one.

I think this will be my last visit after todays debacle

It wasn't nice - chicken didn't seem fully cooked, absolutely drenched in sauce. Chips weren't salted and tastes under done. They obviously ran out of cups too as they gave me a tango in a coffee cup? It was a waste of money...

Worst rice box I’ve ever had! No dressing, small chunks of chicken hidden in tins of rocket and hardly any sweetcorn or tomato. Lots of rice. Chicken fillets and gravy where nice. Not sure if I will use again.

Zinger Stacker birger had one fillet, not two, no cheese and brown lettuce. This type of thing happens to often here, which is why i go Chorley KFC where they actually seen to care about what they do. Who ever made that burger needs sacking or retraining, never going back here until they sort the team out. If i was the owner i'd be in there or randomly ordering food to check quality because i know there lots more people like me who just go else where.

Not good! I haven't been in a KFC for a few years and so comparing to the last time I went I was surprised at how small the portions of everything were. Despite being quiet when we visited, the food was only just warm and the restaurant area was very cold (we had to leave our coats on). I ordered and paid for an Americano coffee, but was then later told that they had no milk at all, an so they could not make any hot drinks with milk! How bizarre to run out of milk when they are located directly opposite an Aldi supermarket which was open! On the plus side though, the staff were freindly enough.

Any time we have KFC we always go to the branch at Buckshaw village. The restaurant is always clean and sanitary. The food is always exceptional and very well priced, we get served promptly and the staff are very polite and very helpful! Thank you!

No straws, no spork, burnt beans and cold gravy last time we were visiting this one was closed due to water leak. Wish it was closed again unfriendly service impolite staff never been called mate by a member of staff before. Will not be using again
