Clearly stat chasing by clearing the boards of all the order numbers. Made it difficult to know if your order was ready. I also had to enquire because its confusing. As for the food well simply look at the pictures (for the sake of not coming acoss like a Karen ill switch to sarcastic mode). The food was an uncanny resemblance of the pictures as you can see. If subway calls its employees artists then we are looking at the Michelangelo's and Da Vinci's of our time.

I had a very bad experience yesterday with the service in this restaurant. Not only was I given a wrong order I was also overcharged £10. It is not about the money to write this review as it is such a little amount. It's about the service and the attitude of the people involved. It was entirely their mistake but they refused to admit it and showed no apology at all. Although they changed the order for me and returned the overcharged money, I felt so unhappy and have to leave a review here. I do hope the management in this restaurant improve their service quality and attitude. I won't be there again myself although the Big Mac has been my favorite food for so many years.

The new ordering system has massively slowed down the service. It can no longer be considered 'fast' food! Better to order via the app, that definitely speeds things up as you don't have to queue for one of theborder screens to become available. Food itself was decent!

Waited 45 mins!!!! Absolutely horrendous and disgusting service today not just for me but for a lot of people! 1 person waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes just to get her food! Because the kitchen couldn’t keep up with orders coming in, the new orders were deleting unfulfilled orders on the same number previously! They only use 0-99 order numbers which is asking for trouble in a very busy shopping centre with the volume of people who use it, all other McDonald’s I have been in they use 1-999 order numbers so this doesn’t happen! They had to fundamentally close the place down to clear back orders which shows how bad they are running it. You had to show your receipt what you ordered as previously said no longer on system! Absolute shambles of a place, won’t be using them again!

My 8 year old daughter and I had to wait half an hour for our food. When it was ready we had to struggle through the hords of waiting (and angry) people to get the counter. There was no organisation, no queuing system and no one taking charge of the situation. Sure, it was a busy lunchtime, but I have never experienced a disorganised and chaotic system like this before. The managers at this restaurant really need to think about how their business runs.

It takes far too long to get an order, 20+ minutes and food is already semi cold when you get it.
Can't really blame the staff, every McDonald's has the same issue with the change to how they prepare food.

Just get a meal 20min ago I live around the corner so I decided have my dinner at home,spend £19.26 and look what I got see the pictures
Meal with Big Tasty should be with bacon definitely no any bacon whole sandwich look just terrible
I should get chicken mayo sandwich I get nothing like that

And I understand if was busy but today is so quiet in whole Bluewater including ur shop

Horrible customer service. Look at the burgers they have served
