KFC Derby - Xtra Services

Vegan burger is bland and disappointing, texture is ok.
Fast food? No chance, waits at least 20-30 minutes for one item, deeply understaffed, self service machine won’t always give orders and suspect clientele.

Why are the places at this station so bad?

Extremely disappointed, walked in it was not busy only two people in the queue. All tables dirty, the only one we could sit as full family was all over with the sauce, I asked for something appropriate to clean with and I was given dry tissues. I wonder how this can clean that dirt. I went back to the car and took baby wipes to clean their table. Order was over £27, they missed a drink, the cobs were out so did not receive my side, I was requested to wait until they return my money for this. The portions for over £7 were ridiculous. My husbands half of fries were green or overcooked. I found both the staff and the team leader rude and not interested to solve problems in appropriate manner. I will not be going back. I hate to leave reviews, but this one was asking for one.

Complete incompetence. Needs shutting down. Will never go back.

Worst experience. First of all they didn't have half of menu then we had to say what goes in the buckets. Secondly, there works a lady who hardly speaks in English and I couldnt understand anything. And the worst thing! When my 7years old daughter asked for one more straw she was asked to pay extra £1. What? Would recommend to anyone. Worst service ever.

Really disappointed, waited over three hours after ordering on Deliveroo for a kids treat. Turns out there were no drivers. Ended up driving to KFC myself to collect, manager refused to give me the food and said it had to be delivered by Deliveroo - the large order that had gone cold while waiting so it was binned by staff in front of me.

No refund given by either Deliveroo or KFC as they kept blaming each other as it had passed the preparation stage not to mention the upset children- NEVER AGAIN!

It was clean and tidy orded at self service machine and it was broke no sign on it or anything, told staff member behind the till said passed it on to her manager she did, manager didn't give a s**t. Three more people went up to the machine and used it, and none of them were happy. Food was OK for KFC. Nothing special eeverthing had flavour, unlike other's been to where can be bland.

Food was fine, very long wait considering the lack of customers.
Very VERY cold inside, I was shivering with thermal under clothes on. Didn't stay in to eat like we had originally planned and instead ate in the car.

Literally the worst KFC I've been to. I returned my chicken because it was still pink inside. Instead of getting another one, they overcooked the one i returned.

I was sick for the following 2 days. Definitely not going back there.
