KFC Haywards Heath - South Road

It has to be said.
The Haywards Heath KFC as much as I like the food the facilities are awful.
Tables and floors are dirty no one ever around cleaning. Bins are always a full and never emptied. Try and get a receipt the machine is always empty and never prints one. They promote 15% off next order but how because you can't get a receipt.
Staff are friendly and cant fault that.
Please get your act together.

I really don't like leaving negative reviews but this really bugged me. As we KFC I immediately noticed how filthy it was. It wasn't your standard untidy tables it looked like there had been a food fight. Every table had half eaten food and boxes all over them. The floor was equally covered in rubbish and mashed up chips. The staff were all standing behind the counter laughing and not doing a great deal. We cleaned the table off ourselves and got some baby wipes to give it a clean down. I noticed a member of staff watch us clean down so they were fully aware of the state. After eating our meal (which was cold) the restaurant was still a mess and the staff still hadn't cleaned it up. Poor show KFC keeping a reasonably clean eating area for your customers cant be that difficult.

Once again we are greeted with a dump. Was planning on eating in but quickly changed our minds. Order done and very quick service. Looked like 5+ staff there so no excuses for not cleaning up. We only live 5 minutes away but still had stone cold chips, wrong dips and a missing beans. If the front of house looks like this I seriously hope the kitchen is not the same.

Extremely filthy place.
Floor is covered with chicken skin and fat.
Yesterday got wraps and brought to home. ALL FAMILY GOT POISONED.

All 4 of us ate same order and all night couldn't sleep from stomachache.

100% KFC poisoning.

Avoid this place. Avoid chicken wraps which are on special.

If management wants one to try- got 2 left in thr fridge, you are welcome to eat it and feel same what we did.

I really don’t like to leave bad reviews but this KFC deserves zero stars and this time KFC disappointed me very badly and I won’t buy any more food from this KFC. I just ordered a mighty bucket for takeaway and as a drink 7 up and instead of getting the right drink I got some DIRTY WATER.
I recommend to anyone to check their orders before leaving the store, because you don’t know what you will get with your order.

Food very average, reg chip portion is a joke, got about 10 chips. Sadly the young male and female members of staff were extremely rude and immature when we informed them the toilets had no paper and that the hand driers were not working, they said nothing, looked at each other and smirked and before we even got to the door they cracked up laughing at us. Perhaps they could put more effort into keeping the place clean, as seats were filthy and toilets left a lot to be desired,and obviously other reviews have made the same complaints. We definitely won't be be back. Time of visit, 7pm 4/12/22.

I thought the Horsham one was a shitheap, but this is even worse. Snotty little kids giggling instead of serving, talking about the customer (me) who commented on the fact they were cleaning up at 9:30, including the "ovens". .... excuse of "short staffed" when I counted 6 sub-par teenagers "working" there. KFC deserves to be done as a franchise, they are a mess! Walked out instead of waiting for what would have inevitably been rubbish !

just got my food delivered, but this chicken burger came the worst, its not even fresh and tastes rotten. i don’t understand how can a huge brand like KFC can do such silly mistakes,,,, its really terrible, would suggest
never ever eating KFC in haywards heath🤮
