KFC Keele - M6 Services

Staff very well unorganised, zinger burger food boxes were open while on the shelf 3 staff there not one of them decided to close the lids and I refused to have the food and ask for fresh food. Staff have very bad attitude and need to be retrained. Fizzy drinks flat and disgusting. Don’t waste your money. When people spend their hard earn money they expect proper good cook food.

Went during a very busy lunch period after sitting in traffic for 2 hours. Ordering was easy although the machines were slow to let you pay. Staff were working as quickly as they could to work through the orders, although you could tell they were understaffed. Food came quickly considering how busy it was.

Rude, very unwelcoming group of staff huddled together staring me down as I walked up wondering if they were open - felt like the outside of a club. I get shouted at "we're closed". 1 second of niceness to have just say it politely would make for a better customer experience

Waiting over 10 min to place order, girl with red hair very rude and gets orders wrong mine and 1 before my order check receipt after ordering make sure it's correct especially if red has any part of it.
Food was good though and hot.

Poor management of staff who were not interested in sorting out correct orders. Rude attitude when trying to sort the food from whoever was in the kitchen. . Refused to actually correct an issue. Kfc head office come and sort this!!

We were a large group of 16 including children. The staff here was not at all welcoming and felt rude at times.
The answer was ‘No’ for almost everything.
There was no Ketchup in this KFC, can you even believe that!!!

4pm on a busy Friday. Ordering machines were offline and there was a queue but it was only 5 mins to order and then 5 mins to prepare the food. Two box meals, nothing missing and piping hot throughout. The seating area was tidy, with clean tables. For my first KFC in 20 years, and considering the terrible reviews you see all over the place for them, this exceeded my lowered expectations. For my son of 15 having his first ever KFC, he liked it.

Had to wait over an hour for food, 28 + orders in front plus orders jumping over ( maybe for drinks only?) Paid for four large meals including one double zinger meal. Only received 1 zinger, raised with KFC staff and they agreed that 2 zinger had been ordered but would not honour as my husband had brought over to the table and not checked that all food was there in the £40 order at the counter while picking up.
5* for the wonderful service station staff who were exceptionally helpful and the duty manager from Starbucks. Would not use KFC again.
