Visited this site at 6.30am. it is a 24hr restaurant but i believe that during 11pm and 6am it is only a drive thru.
I visited this restaurant the previous evening and with only drive thru access in the early hours of the morning you would have thought that someone would have cleaned the gents toilet (cannot comment on the other toilets). The male toilets were filthy, smelling of urine , no toilet paper, dirty wash basin and unmopped floors.
I ordered my food and when it arrived the 2 hash browns were cold and the egg and cheese muffin was also cold, hard edged and looked like it had been thrown against a wall before being put on my tray (I enclose a picture).
The latte was good though.
Ok to be fair at 7.15am I have just seen a cleaner in the restaurant but surely these tasks should be done before the restaurant opens.
I can only give 2 stars.
1 for the location and 1 to the value for money.

Over half an hour to be told they didn't have my order even though it was on the "to be collected" list. A morgue has more atmosphere, than this place! The staff walking around aimlessly, no one manning the till, staff having to be told by customers you'll have to read out the order rather than the number because the customers weren't order numbers as the printer had run out, but no the half dead zombies kept shouting out the order number. I wasn't the only person waiting over 20 minutes and the possible manager didn't even bat an eyelid when I said " You can refund the whole lot" of my order. Won't be wasting my breath going there again.

Not fresh at all and ended up changing it. Even the bun on the exchanged Filet-o-fish wasn’t the usual steamed and was dry.

Take the kids here once a month fter swimming, it's good for what it is. Would be 4 star except its usually very busy and when it is the food isn't always prepared well and could be slightly cold on occasions. 5 star if the food was to be better.

Went with a work colleague, the ordering went alright, paying Went alright however the wait was chaos. We waited though patiently and we politely asked the waitress how much longer would our order be - she said why you got somewhere to be - my work colleague said well just back to work as we are working on the A303 dualling project. She replied I'll go and ask. We then found the manager waiting at our car window so we rolled the window down and she said I hears you're unhappy and frustrated with waiting. We said no we've got no problem we simply just enquired about how much longer the wait would be. After this we then had our order giving to us and we went on.

This type of behaviour is appalling and totally unacceptable, had we not of been in a good mood theb this could've ended up a bit different all down to a waitress give false feedback to her manager. Perhaps send the young waitress on a few courses on how to handle customers and how to interact with customers.

Great service by staff. Easy peasy getting order and delivery to the table, used the app so much quicker than queueing at ordering machine or at human contact point, the till. Suggest strongly getting the app, going in to diner and locate a table sit done place order and await it being delivered by staff, no looking queues, oh yes baby that is what I call smart service, and it is a damned sight quicker too. Now go and enjoy them there yummy burgers xxx

Didn't get what we ordered as my wife wanted the lettuce out of burger, but she got what I ordered! Which was a completely different burger! When we asked for it to be changed, the person who called themselves the manager, was rude and unhelpful as they said we'd got what we ordered. When we pressed the issue further, she pressed her panic button! When the panic button was answered she lied twice to them! Then when asked for a full refund, she said she didn't have to give us one. I will be taking this up with McDonald's HQ in the UK. This store needs new competent management or closing. The person who called themselves the manager needs the sack!

I won't be wasting my time with this store again.

Ordered, paid, took away. Should have checked first as 2 burgers missing. 😥 please check your orders carefully-someone will be 2 big macs better off! Enjoy!
