The food here is very fresh and tasty, the owner clearly cares about his customers and is always polite and friendly. He has offered me free tastes of new items on his menu and is always keen to impress his patrons. Obvious hard to please all as some people just have a negative outlook, and need any excuse. If your talking food this placw is definetly a thumbs up clean fresh honestly priced.A+++

Good quality food, but awful customer service. Rude owner with no people skills. The employees are actually nicer than the owner. I stood by the side while the owner became all rude when somebody politely asked why they didn't have a physical copy of the menu. "We're here to make money, I don't care about menus."

Only reason for 5 star was because the food was really good, customer service from kitchen staff was also very good.
The person at the counter was terrible, he was playing with his phone, so the kitchen staff had to take the order.
Even when he gave the food he was talking on the phone.
Might go back due to the food, definitely won’t be expecting any customer service.
To the management: you have Nando’s all around the area with similar pricing, improve your customer service.

I have been to many Peri Peri chicken shops, Guys I assure you this is best around,fantastic fresh Peri Peri chicken as good if not better than Nandos at half the price..... Gourmet burgers chicken tikka burgers just superb quality. Guy on the till friendly happy guy will be back next week. Keep the good work.

Bought the tandoori chicken double burger. Salad was dry and old chicken was hard and crispy and bun was burnt. Didn't enjoy it at all....wont go back again

I want to give zero star to this restaurant. i mean they don’t know anything about customer service, Business professionalism. a very rude guy standing on front who is always busy chatting with his friends. I ordered my food and asked how much time it will take . he said 15-20 minutes. ok i came back after 20 minutes. then he said, 5 minutes more . ok. then after 12 minutes a asked how much time it will take. he said i am not a machine. I mean you are running a business and you dont know how much time it will take to prepare food and update ur customers accordingly. and the worst thing he said to me is YOU ARE IN WRONG COUNTRY... this racism is not acceptable. i hope this shop will close very soon ...

Great chicken shop. I don't go to chicken shops much these days, but this shop is special. Chicken burgers are the best. Far better than the usual high Street chicken places.

Best food in Hounslow and for sure in London! Top quality food from a place that is passionate about delivering satisfaction to it’s customers. Would highly recommend trying out and once you do will leave you addicted! Gourmet burger is one of my personal favs!
