Got the impression that this place is run by kids that cant wait to go home. And get out . Paid 8 quid for a meal tp have stale chips that tasted like they JUST been warmed up and black potatoes . Staff didnt seem botherd

They used to be really good, but literally every order I've placed there recently has had things missing. Ranging from fries missing in a child's meal, or a complete meal. I try to do the click and collect, but when you have to go in because they've forgotten to at something, it's a bit annoying. Happens too often to just be accidental

Only had a tea and a coffee look how full my cup isn’t 🤬🤬🤦🏼‍♂️ drove off to work so didn’t see till it was to late

They always struggle when it's busy - this morning it was dead and it still took 25 minutes to prepare a £20 order. Half the food was cold because it had been cooked 20 minutes ago! The staff don't want to know, and the manager only appeared from out the back to stroke a couple of crew members, then disappeared again. The drive through was fine, the staff on break got their orders, we were ignored. Whatever system they use for prioritising orders does not work.

Food was fairly quick, staff polite, can't fault the service.

I just feel sorry for the staff having to deal with groups of young boys shouting abuse, throwing things at other customers, and doing rude gestures through the windows.

The food is cold 90% of time. The staff have been extremely rude on numerous occasions they treat teenagers like rubbish and make them sit outside in below freezing temperatures to eat, and let's not forget these same teenagers are putting money in the till so the obnoxious staff get a wage packet.

Would not recommend Newbridge McDonald’s at all, charged a service fee only for them to screw up the easiest orders every time; wrong items, have had meals/drinks missing on almost every order including the nephews

I understand the odd mess up but it’s continuously poor service that the management and staff clearly need to work on

Made me completely ill today this place have ordered a big tasty with bacon earlier on today and I’ve done nothing but be sick after it can honestly say won’t be coming to this one again
