Poor service poor customer service the way they put their treat people food is definitely the lowest they can go stay away from is McDonald's

The place is clean and efficient. Unfortunetly the food was not as good value. The burgers are very small and thin and a large chicken wrap had only 2 pieces of chicken in it.

The service is so slow its absolutely awful. I ordered a milkshake by the time I hot to pick my order up my milk shake had totally melted. 30 mins to get through drive through. Delivery was even worse waited for over an hour and had to fight to have a refund

I go here often as it's on my route home from my girlfriend and it has electric car chargers which I usually need.

I've got no problem with the food or service, but the opening hours here are really inconsistent. It's advertised as 24 hours on the building itself but it often closes early and at seemingly inconsistent times. Furthermore, when they close they usually block off the car park blocking access to the car chargers, which I'm pretty sure is against their service agreement with the car charging company.

I wish they'd be more consistent but I'm guessing there's a story behind it... We'll see if they improve in the future.

Tried to pay for a meal via Apple Pay via only for the payment to be 'rejected' so had to pay cash, within 2 minutes of leaving the store for the payment to pop up on my device as completed. Rang them the next day to be told that I should leave it a few days and if the payment hasn't been refunded in the next few days to ring them back and they would issue a refund over the phone. So I rang them back only to be told that they cannot issue a refund and I would need to drive miles out of my way in order to visit the store as they can only refund in person. What an absolute shambles, baring in mind that I spoke to the shift manager on my first call, is it standard practice to fob off customers?

I waited 25 minutes for a happy meal, a big Mac meal and a mcflurry. Ice cream was melted, food was stone cold and found out our food was served to another lady Infront of us! Absolutely pathetic, do not recommend.

I love this McDonald’s… I do find the staff here not so miserable and want to interact with customers. Food is always on time and hot. Unlike other McDonald’s where you pay and then have to wait a short while or go wait in the bay til they bring food out to you. But this McDonald’s as never done this and I visit regularly

Food was served hot and tasted fresh and good. Chips were missing from the order so had to go up to the tills to ask for them and show receipt which is frustrating.
Everything else was ok
