Burger King

Terrible place to get a bite to eat. Outside of the store is constantly dirty with homles people smoking spice (smells like rotten fish)
Staff very Unprofessional and look dirty with no customer service skills. i was servedby a unshaven Greecey boy with a matted ponytail (no hair net) who was mumbling under his breath. Waiting over 10 minutes before I received my food which was cold. no straws no napkins no salt or pepper or sauce! Absolutely descusting place to eat in! tables sticky with food left on and the surrounding area
Flys 🪰 everywhere! Did not see 1 staff member clean anything in the 40 minutes of me being here
My camera does the burger more justice than it deserves. Safe to say will not be returning and I advise if you are going to spend up to £10 on a burger you should visit five guys In the brewery quarter.

I would give them zero stars if I could.

Worst customer service experience with the store manager. The manager at 8:15 pm shift on August 4, 2022.
My 9 year old ordered a cheeseburger and we figured there was mustard on the burger. He could not eat it and we asked for replacement.
The manager who definitely had terrible attitude said all cheeseburgers have mustard on it! Not the case at all I had the cheeseburger at the same place for lunch without mustard.
Anyways the manager got defensive and started arguing and then asked the staff not to replace it even though I offered to pay the one Pound.
Absolutely appalling behavior! Don't expect such poor service for a worthless cheeseburger and all the drama.

Took my children for Thier 1st burger king experience. I walked in to walk straight back out and went to MC Donald's. Not a single clean table in the building. It was also empty so staff had plenty of time to wipe the tables down.. food hygiene clearly does not exist

Me and my girlfriend came here late ish Saturday night and the service we had was terrible the person who served us couldn't seem to work the till or work there . The store was disgusting absolutely filthy and there seem to be many staff stood there just having a chat. And the security were awful focused more on not helping the drunk people but taking 5 pound of people to use the toilet what a joke no care for their customers at all. Won't be coming again

My order is going well. 2nd floor is the toilet and the table is a lot available. Didnt try the toilet yet but seem ok. The table is not very clean but the customer should help keeping it clean. It is warm here in winter on the 2nd floor.

Really disappointed with the food I received yesterday night after ordering through Uber eats! £37.00 wasted.
The burger wasn't even wrapped correctly and was stoned cold and like cardboard obviously due to being left around waiting for another person to accept the order and also I could have thrown the burger out the window and it would have been stacked better as had to reassemble it straight out the bag

I've ordered in store and I know this isn't the usual quality so really let down by you for the second time.
Won't be ordering again.

They rammed 5 adult meals into one takeaway paper bag and couldn’t understand why i was upset when the delivery driver guys were coming in and their takeaway orders were neatly bagged and wrapped.
Secondly the ladies that work here the management beed ti make then tie their hair back in a bun with a net because they are all behind the counter swishing their hair around. 🤢
The building needs a good scrub a cleaning company need to come in and give it a scrub down because the staff are not cleaners and it shows.

I’ve ordered food a few times from here and i can’t complain the food is hot but everytime i order food i always have missing items or a complete different order. to which i understand places like this are busy but that’s where staff need to make sure they are getting things right instead of rushing and missing out on having to give refunds or cook more food. :)
