KFC Newport - East Retail Park

Finally a reason to go to KFC yes the vegan burger has arrived and very good it is too. A great product with excellent taste and texture. Haven't been to KFC for years but now I'm back, well done KFC

Rudest staff I've ever come across in my life!
I've visited this KFC multiple times, however I won't be purchasing anything from there again as I find for some reason the staff are very rude, especially on the drive through where they have no interest in even being pleasant and just practically throw your food at you. One time the girl serving wouldn't even look at me!

The rest room was appalling and dirty, and no toilet paper, the staff was rude (I paid by cash) had to wait for them to finish talking about a family that was there dining. Spoke to us like it was an inconvenience, floor and tables were full of bits of food! The bins provided were overflowing with chicken pieces all over the floor, and that was the first impression walking into the diner. The chips were all marked and burnt, which my daughter didnt touch. Will NEVER go there again

Although we all know what to expect from what's termed as fast food joints. I have to admit this was pretty good and the food stood out as one if the best, crispy (as should be,👍) clean and service memorable. All in all, would I return?...the answer Yes!

Fast food - more like slow food. Ordered food at 4:05 and was told to “pull up” to one of their bays and was kept waiting for 40 minutes until anything was given to us. Not remotely busy in the restaurant either. Only positive thing is that the food is warm.

Few times I get the chicken not well cooked ‘raw inside’. Last time the staff shouted at me when asked to speak up as the sound was muffled. If only I didn’t have to go there I will never ever visit this place. I am deeply disappointed as my expectation was unrealistic when assuming that a same background staff would be more hospitable and welcoming and they treat you exactly the opposite.

We went first time to this KFC.... But was an amazing experience, would like to go again and recommend others... The food was hot and tasty. Clean and pleasant atmosphere, even though it was raining outside, the place was clean.
Good place to dine in with family and kids.
Pleasant staffs, always welcoming.
Thank you for a good experience, which I believe is not found in many other places.

Very bad service from start to finish very rude taking my order then got told to “drive on” arived at the window to be stared at by the entire work force which made my wife feel very intimidated! The work force have no manners what so ever no please can i take your order or thank you for the order/payment nothing just abrupt rude people will not be going back there!!
