KFC Bangor North Wales - High Street

Stopped by just to have an krushem, was fairly full, the floor and empty tables were mess. Spillage on the floor ,salt and chips everywhere. Looks terrible, personally I wouldn't have a meal there. We took our krushem out and enjoyed it on the bench. The cashier looked bored, hardly eye contact, no smile. Not great customer service

Got a wrap from here yesterday lunchtime, and the chicken inside the wrap didn't look great, I should've thrown it away. This evening I've got the runs, and suspect it was from the chicken inside the wrap, and judging from the comments others have also been served undercooked/off chicken here. Avoid!

Not a very good visit -
Dirty tables, but empty tables!
Had to clean myself to make room for the children to sit.
Waited 20 mins to be served , whilst one staff member was on her phone observing the fries cooking, and the young gentleman on his own on the till.

And Dirty toilets!

Would have been 5 star but they forgot the gravy & i'd even reminded them " yes sir its in the bag" it wasnt & i got blamed !!! Thank god for the reciept.

35 minutes in the queue for drive thru m. What a joke! And all I get is a lacklustre 'thank you for your patience ', oh and another 5 min wait for my food! I only wish I could give -ive ratings.

45 mins in the drive through to watch them try give out our order to 3 different cars. When we finally got the food it was no joke colder than if I'd popped it in the fridge, moreover got 50% of the order randomised, who even orders coleslaw. Futhermore whoever's on shift got selective hearing as they don't answer the landline, busy consulting the crystal ball as to what to replace what you actually ordered with. KFC usually peng, this time I've left feeling hurt, embarrassed and with a low libido.

I visited the KFC in Bangor Gwynedd today with my daughter and was pleased to experience the fantastic customer service from the staff there. It was clear that they were all rushed off their feet, but Diane and another lady serving at the time went above and beyond to make sure that my order was perfect. They always had a smile on their face, despite the busy atmosphere, which made for a pleasant experience. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication.

I think it's easy to forget how hard these staff work in such a busy environment, and I wanted to take some time to thank them for their incredible customer service. Diane in particular was a delight to interact with, and her friendly demeanor and willingness to help was greatly appreciated.

In conclusion, the KFC in Bangor Gwynedd is a great example of how a fast food joint should be run. Their staff are always friendly, helpful and hard-working, and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Diane and the other lady for making my visit a pleasant one.

Over £10 for 2 wraps! They could've atleast given us the ones we ordered!
