Great stuff, issue with the order was sorted within seconds.

Staff were great. Hard to park and food and drinks were just luke warm. Not up to the usual McDonald's standards I normally experience. Shame.

Sad to say, but of all the McDonald's I have visited, either due to working hours or outside of work, this is the worst I have been to/through, when waiting for the drive-through, I have regularly had to maneuver my vehicle and other drivers so someone can get out or park, it is the slowest drive-through I have ever used, regularly I have to ask how much my order is, as the staff fail to inform me, unfortunately it has become part of my routine when using this McDonald's, to ask the staff if the hot chocolate mixture is filled, simply because I have arrived home to find out that my hot chocolate is nothing but chocolate coloured water, which I consider to be extremely lax and poor service, especially when I specifically ask a member of staff every time I go through, of late I have even been told by a member of management that I was wrong about it being coloured water, and that is how there chocolate is served, they then proceeded to patronise me with an explanation of how the machine works, chocolate syrup and hot water, not difficult, but apparently more difficult than checking the machine regularly to ensure their customers get what they have ordered, too put simply, please check each part of your order before leaving or return and address any issues directly, with the hope that eventually they will train their staff to acknowledge customers professionally, efficiently and complete all orders correctly

If ever they had a macdonalds letting other macdonalds down this is the one! Really poor and slow service. I only use this one occasionally due to working in the area, although will avoid from now as I’ve had more than one bad experience here.

Attempted to save time and use the drive through, except they don't put the menu up on the display boards, so couldn't see anything suitable for food, so had to park up, order inside and wait 5 minutes for it to arrive. Loads of staff but didn't seem very organised or cohesive

Nothing quite like both you and your partner finishing a 12 hour shift and ordering £20+ worth of food and not getting any of the condiments requested via Uber Eats.
In-store is probably the only way to go.
