KFC Llandudno - Mostyn Street

Ordered a delivery 16/06/22, tried to phone but no answer of course. food was cold, ordered two meals both drinks didn't arrive and also one of the burgers 😡😡😡😡

Very good and fresh chicken

Dirty, understaffed & in need of an older manager to supervise & direct the young staff team. I sat amongst 11 dirty tables, ( yes, I counted ) covered in the remains of other people's food cartons & partially eaten food, tables, seats & floor, the bins overflowing so diners had nowhere to leave the remains of meals,asking myself WHY ? Well, I was starving hungry, other fast food places were closed & MacDonalds too far away to walk in the rain.
Someone needs to get a grip of this food outlet - I dread to think what the cooking & preparation areas are like hygiene wise,but ìf front of house is anything to go by, standards will be nonexistent. Won't be paying good money to eat there again !

Small KFC with friendly helpful staff good food served quickly the overall place was clean and tidy with a member of staff constantly going around clearing and cleaning the tables and floors and emptying the bins

Well recommend loved the food plenty to choose from good atmosphere for adults and children service can be sometimes slow

Came here for a few days and thought I'd have a KFC. The staff were very friendly and quick. The chips were hot and nice there was condiments given and the chicken was hot and tasty

Terrible place! Long queues all the order mixed up and half didn't arrive, took far too long to be serve. To make matter worse we ordered of the machine and wipe half of our order off ... Needs more staff

Ordered 2x zinger box meal, and disappointed. Very soggy chicken as well as wings. Something isn't right, obviously won't be coming back here.
Had to leave half of meal on the table as wasn't feeling well after having few bites.

2ndly guys at till doesn't wana accept £50 note and saying no business here accept 50 notes.
Anyhow something is wrong in this franchise.
