U S A Fried Chicken

Ordered chicken burgers they were absolutely disgusting they were far from fresh, in fact I'd say cooked 10 times over. Phones to complain as I was not happy, was told they were fresh, they weren't happy about replacing them, and the woman's attitude on the phone was absolutely disgusting. She spoke to me like dirt so I can assure you I will never order from there again and I advise anyone who expects quality food to steer clear. The 1 star is for the delivery driver not the food or service, will be ensure to inform trading standards as they're food is very poor.

Most of the bad reviews on here are from people who phone with complaints and shout and swear at the staff so never get their issues resolved. They leave a bad review so someone will listen to their whinging? There's nothing wrong with this takeaway, they are more than happy to take feed back from their customers when there's common courtesy. There are going to be hiccups because they are a busy shop, but food never being delivered? Bullshit. Good service guys, keep going.

I have to say tried and tasted last Saturday 6th where lady who took delivery was amazing and polite and listeb to the way the food was requested to be cooked and so polite compared to many when asking for address ab delivery , a true asset to the company. As for food amazing i have to say it was superbly cooked arrived within decent time and service overall exceeded .. we returned on 10/10/2018 and was as great as he first time.keep it up five star hygiene and food and service because of hat lady amazing ... shout for deivery driver very important as he was so polite and greatful and delivered withing reasonable time and food super amazing 😀

We went there and got two small meat and chips, they overcharged us and when I told them about it took an abnormally lengthy time to process my particular order (half the total order) before issuing a refund (while taking my food behind a wall before bringing it back) seemed too suspicious to eat my food from so I threw it out

The woman who answers phone doesn't half do my nut in - a tell her what I want then she repeats it back in jumbled up fashion.. Then whilst I take the mesely 3 seconds to think if she's got it correct she gets all impatient and starts going.... "heeelllllooooooo", very rude woman

Also this shop has got soo expensive, emat n chips and onion rings (8)... £17 - madness

Chicken was undercooked and when I phoned to advise and not get money back mind ! Was talked down to . . Disgusting place and avoid and save your money

I usually can't fault my food from here. Tonight I can only say the meal was only fit for the bin. Always ask for all sauces and salads to be seperate, which i always get. Tonight they put every sauce in 1 tub, disgusting. Also the chips must have been cooked hours ago as they were vile. Even the meat was extra greasy. To say I was disappinted is an understatement

I love the food from here!! Ordered a little late and a 9" munchie box and 3 pieces of chicken was £23!!! (Including delivery)
Order early or bloody pay lol 😆😅
