Appalling. You can see the photo of their attempt at a twister. A tiny cold chewy piece of chicken, cut in half. A scraping of mayonnaise. No coleslaw. Just awful. Never again.

Unfortunately the bins aren’t emptied at a regular enough interval. Therefore they overflow, and seagulls empty at least two of the three bins and help themselves.

Absolutely shocking staff walking around like zombies no one serving on tills just stood looking if I could give a zero I would staff were also rude when I asked if anyone was on till was told to wait no manners Paula and two young lads without name badges dinning area so dirty no one cleaning up will never return here

Person taking order was polite. However, I asked for two bargain bucket meals and stressed no ice in both drinks. On receiving drinks, both had ice. The person I conversed with walked off leaving his colleague to take over. I'm sure he just removed ice from both. Not hygienic. He asked if we'd like forks but failed to add to our order. Quite unprofessional as it was extremely quiet at the time. Won't use again. This was drive through.

Really friendly staff freshly cooked food it made a nice change actually. The fries are hands down the best

Took ages for my food to arrive and when it did it was soggy and the chicken tasted off. When I got home I was throwing up everywhere and so was my partner so it's safe to say that it also gave us food poisoning

Would give zero stars if it was possible.. its simply awful. No care put into the preparation. Terrible service. Questionable cleanliness. And too scared to complain incase they spit on ya onion rings 😄
