2 Fillet Tower Burgers Meal deal with 5 chicken strips under £20. You can't go wrong, really filling

Can't complain too much about KFC. Always tasty 😘 The only two things that bothered us was the 17 minute wait for food (they were very busy and made up for it with a free drink. I won't rate them down for this) and the cleanliness. The floor was covered in food, tables were dirty and the napkin/condiment stand was empty. They did have someone cleaning the tables later on but I noticed after the floor was still messy. However, great customer service and a yummy cheap meal.. so over all it was ok.

Awful service unless you are driving through
Son wanted an ice cream, 15 min after ordering went to complain. Lots of blank faces. I had no receipt as the machines never have paper but showed bank transaction.
5 mins later comes back to tell me they had no milky bar drops or choc sauce.
Seems to be lots of staff but little coordination between them and lots of standing around. I had plenty of time to observe waiting for my food

Just been told that they only have 12 bits of chicken on the bone and nothing else. Then cook more, it’s Friday night. Team just couldn’t care less and poor girl on the window was embarrassed to say welcome to Kentucky fried ‘no’ chicken.

The food was fine on this occasion, no problems, tasted fresh and the young girl serving was polite and smiling. The issues, a small gripe, none of the ordering machines were printing tickets, also we did not eat in and chose the car as the state of the tables and floor was disgraceful. Maybe a new manager needed or something, or a refresh on cleanliness but it's not all bad, the food was good, the service too.

As someone who works in the food industry I know how customer service works. Lady on the front desk wasn’t exactly polite and seemed very much like she didn’t want to be there. We ordered the trilogy box meal as well as a boneless banquet. We did not receive the boneless chicken with the trilogy box yet when asked if we could have it were told it would be put on straight away. I then went up to order 2 crushems and request the chicken that we were still waiting for. By this point we have finished our meals entirely. When asking a member of staff shouted over requesting this chicken. KFC is one of many FAST FOOD chains and we certainly did not receive fast food. The staff could do with a customer service training course while they were at it.

Very poor KFC today, chicken was over cooked and so greasy. We waited for 20 minutes for our food. Servers were rushed off their feet and were struggling to keep up with any of the orders, many orders were returned with wrong meals and items missing. Priority is given to the drive thro and delivery services. Customers DO NOT want to wait and be third choice customers. Sort it out KFC.

So the staff have always been nice. Never had an issue with them personally but whenever I've gone to get food either something is missing on the order or I've had to wait ages to get it. Mostly I order via drive through but its the same experience no matter what I do.
