It's been a long time since enjoyed the food if any fast food restaurant, but finding a burger king by chance and having a meal was a very nice experience and the food was very nice indeed. Don't get me wrong tho as we only had to wait 5 min and the staff always polite and keen to help . Very much enjoyed .. at least the Ice drinks are always on tap .

At Driv-Thru person serving on the intercom was arguing that it was cheaper to get a meal, when I didn't want a drink. Constantly insisting it was cheaper and to just "not give you the drink", misleading information, completely inaccurate, server unable to do simple maths. Then when it came to payment, was so clearly trying to hide the bumbled order, rushed through payment and told to "park up" to wait for order. 5 minutes later, the server came out to the car to inform me the order had not gone through, and I needed to go into the restaurant or drive around and again and do the order again. No idea if I have been billed for the order or not, they never give you receipts (why do they not give receipts ever?). I left without re-ordering ... completely incompetent service.

Ordered from just eat , ordered 3 meals with fries and once delivered had all burgers but came with 2 onion rings , so got the order wrong and fries were missing , drove to the restaurant and customer service was shocking , when I was waiting , all the staff were arguing/moaning at each other none of them looked liked they could be bothered to work , I firstly got ignored until I looked around and mumbled something to myself the girl miserably said she won’t be long, Told her my order was wrong and there was no apology and confusingly asked if I wanted the fries ! Once she redone my order she rudely started complaining to one of the staff about who done the order . Mistakes are made but need to work on customer service and learn to work as a team not argue in front of customers

Lovely food and was warm but waited over 40 minutes for food in the bay and had to go in to check where it was. Could clearly see there was hardly any staff and everyone was struggling to keep up with the work. A lot of customers having a go at staff as well which I thought was cruel. Spoke with a young girl who was lovely and you could clearly see she was stressed and kept saying sorry for the wait :( asked if she wanted me to wait inside for food if it was easier and she said no she’ll bring it out as it was their fault for the issue.
Ended up having our food and she said sorry again but she looked so drained and upset and it seems such a depressing environment to work in. Maybe management should look into prioritising staff well being and check the staff levels as I know in these environments they don’t care about staff as it’s just money money money. But unfortunately this results into a lot of issues.

Nice to have a change from the 'other' fast food giant, yet just as disappointing. Chicken royale had so much mayo in it that it erupted everywhere as soon as I took a bite once i finally found some chicken it was cold and rubbery, oh and the chips were pants too. Congratulations on being as bad as McDonald's.... except that there was no army of chopsy chavs outside, it can be treacherous getting through the door at times. Would avoid this, and all other naff American fast food chains if my kids would eat proper food, but they dont so I have to persevere for now.

Standard food from Burger King. However there are a few comments I believe need to be made. As a group of 4 Uni students, we were active users of the Burger King App and loyalty scheme. When we arrived to order our food we were surprised to find that this branch didn’t accept loyalty rewards. When we asked a worker regarding this, he quite bluntly told us that they only offered loyalty rewards between the time of 2-5pm. We still chose to eat here as we knew there were still mobile orders available to us, which could allow us to still stay on budget. As we then proceeded to order via our apps, they then told us that it was unavailable, and our £4.99 meals had then turned into £10.
We were extremely disappointed as we were just trying to have a quick and nice meal before venturing back to Swansea University. And although I can’t complain about the food, all I can really say is that I was disappointed with the overall experience of both the one member of staff, and false advertising regarding loyalties, and left for a long drive back disappointed.

Drive through experience. ordered food, sent to waiting bay. They Forgot we were there, waited
15 mins. passed food through window of car without a word. I wasn't expecting much of fast food at 10pm. But it was really bad sorry 😞
