KFC Bridgend - The Designer Outlet

I worked 12 hour shift today so i decided to get a nice kfc for an easy tea for myself & wife.
I ordered a 6 piece family feast bucket with 2 large gravy & 4 fries & a bottle of fanta this evening Friday 8th at 17.30 costing £14:99. I waited ages at the drive through approx 15 mins. I received a bag of food not a bucket. So drove home & wen we opened it up there was only 4 pieces of chicken instead of 6 & it was actually overcooked & greasy it was disgusting & was put in the bin even our cats wouldn't eat it. I couldn't be bothered taking it back after working since 5am. I will never eat in this restaurant as long as I live you should be closed down giving food out like that & not what i ordered fuming😡😡

If there was zero star rating I would give it zero.The chips and the overall food was dry the only thing was right was the bottle of drink and the sweet chilli sauce that came with it . They didn’t have paper plates so they gave us paper bags as plates ,the place was a mess and rubbish everywhere.Worse KFC that I have been too.I would rather go to a supermarket and get a £3 meal deal.

Always slow service here. Often they run out of stuff or get the order wrong so make sure you check. Overall not the best KFC which is a shame because is a great location close to the shopping center and supermarkets cinema etc. They also bed to empty the bins more often. Fairly frequently on visits they are overflowing which always concerned me with rats etc. Haven't really eaten in an can only really comment on drive through. But expect it to be a slow service

Very disappointing, we are not Fast Food customers and this will not entice us. Soggy chips, products been kept warm, not fresh, Tango that wasn't Tango, won't be back.

Wish I had read the reviews first.
Chicken burger was missing the mayo, lettuce was partly brown.
Chips were not worth £1.99 absolutely stingy amount, enough for just a 2yr old.
Chicken pieces soggy with fat.
Mash potato microwave overly done.
Gravy too thick.
I will not be ordering from here again.

just had Bargain bucket from KFC . We had 4 chicken drumsticks and 2 small pieces of breast chicken. I like chicken drumsticks but I also like the variety of different pieces. The chips were lukewarm. Everything had been reheated. Very disappointed.

As fast food goes it a decent place. Never usually eat in use the drive through. Bins are always overflowing and its usually months between my visits

Came in for lunch. 20 min wait just to place the order (and we were at the front of the queue for most of that time). During that time, Manager said (twice) there were too many people in the queue... But they didn't serve anyone in the store.

Took another 20 min for our food to be ready, and they got our order wrong (missed item and incorrect item). Fortunately it didn't take long to have these fixed.

Food was tasty and hot. Just so frustrated by the delay! In their defence, they do have a small sign on the door to ask for patience. If it's up, don't bother!
