McDonald's

Out of all the macdonald's branches I have visited over the years, the one at Carmarthen falls well below standards with food squashed and thrown into containers. Filthy bins with rubbish everywhere. Drinks with runs down the sides. Despite complaining twice to head office, sadly it hasn't changed.

Worst dining experience in a long time. I was tired and needed something fast. The queue for drive through was almost out to the main road so we ate in. Plenty of tables available but crowds waiting all over the shop for their orders they'd made on the self-serve panel things. I made my way up to the counter but no one served me!? They were all waiting to fill orders from the self-serve panels. We were forced to use one of those just to get food! Food was ok, usual standard but with the crowds waiting and the loud music it was just too stressful. I liked the way McDonald's used to be...yes loud and bustling but this was like going to Argos. Just soulless. We won't come back to dine in.

Mcdonalds, I called in to get something quick to eat nearly 40 minutes of waiting and listening to the new member of staff swearing because he don't like it busy. Drive through was out on the road towards morrisons bins over flowing tables dirty and order of chips and hamburger wrong. Disgraceful will NOT return there

Absolutely disgusting. Worst McDonalds I've ever experienced. Overflowing bins, greasy floor throughout, uncleared tables, food on the floor, flies everywhere, cold food. Only one employee trying to clean but also continuously asked to take food to tables. We witnessed her pushing rubbish right down in to the overflowing bin then taking a tray of food to a table. To be clear, we are not critical of the girl... but the management who have failed to delegate roles adequately to avoid a single employee trying to tackle an overwhelming cleaning job whilst also delivering food. Serious health and safety concern. We reluctantly ate the meals we had ordered as we'd been travelling a long time with young children but otherwise we'd have asked for a refund and left.

We go to this McDonalds quite often, its usually quite chaotic, you definitely have to check your order when given it as we've often found either things are missing or added. There were lots of staff working but very little orgamosation, one member of staff walked round with a bag of orders for 10 mins before actually finding the person they were for, who was standing in from of him! Don't go here if you're in a hurry!

Had been craving a mcdonalds since yesterday. Got one jsut now the chips weren't salted we got grilled instead of fried chicken on our wrap which we didn't ask for. And my partners burger had sauce when he said he didn't want any. Very disappointed

Freezing cold inside.
Customer service man didn't greet us? Just stood around and let the kitchen staff do everything whilst he just milled about and gave people dirty looks
Managers looked like absolute slobs.
Food very average even for mcdonalds.

At least the toilets were clean props to whoever did them.

Not a pleasant experience, felt like we were being rushed out, I moved away from the table for one minute leaving my partner and kids, to find all our drinks mostly full had been taken away plus the kids ice cream half eaten. Food cold and just generally an unpleasant visit overall.
