We had a fab 3 hours boat trip for a hen do at the weekend on the Independent. The two crew were fab and even gave us a helping hand in decorating the boat before the hen's arrival. We were able to take on our own music, food and drinks. The weather was great, and we had 2 planned pub stops on route. It was the perfect way to spend the afternoon! 😃

We booked an hour trip for 18 of us on independence for a stag do. Great idea for something a bit different and to see Bristol and the harbour in all its glory. Staff in the office and the boat crew were extremely helpful, polite and easy going allowing us to bring alcohol and play music through their PA system. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stag activity in Bristol.

Absolutely LOVED this boat ride and so did my choir! Thanks so much for making our day so special and letting us sing to tracks on the bluetooth speaker you provided. It was the first time the choir all met up in real life, as it was a virtual choir that started in lockdown! People had travelled from all over the UK, and even Belgium and New Jersey - so thank you for giving them a great tour and making them feel so welcome! We won't forget it :)

We'd come up from Devon for a short trip and it was my partner's first visit to my wonderful home city of Bristol and I wanted to impress him from the start. So a ferry trip along the river from Temple Meads to the Centre to get to our hotel seemed ideal! Well it was an excellent choice and we really enjoyed cruising into the centre of Bristol on a beautiful summer's day. In fact it was so enjoyable we decided to return the same way next day, but this time he accidentally left his rucksack containing all the essentials on the ferry! The Bristol Ferry staff couldn't have been more helpful thankfully and arrangements were made for it to be transferred to another ferry and brought back to us. The staff on both ferries and in the office were so courteous and helpful, made me proud to be a Bristolian!

We had an amazing 3 hour trip on Matilda to celebrate our 40th anniversary with 25 guests from age of 2 to 93 and they all loved it.
From the first phone call to Bristol Ferry to the last the communication was great. On the actual day we were greeted by the crew, Kerry, Chris and Mairead, they were really great ensuring everyone knew what to expect and so friendly, our guests felt very relaxed and fun was had by everyone.
We would recommend this company without hesitation.

We have been using Bristol Ferry Boats for 2 years. We are a secondary school on the AQA geography spec and they have a tour guide service which wonderfully guides us through an hour tour and captivates our students. Amazing service which I can highly recommend.

Such a great experience, everyone commented on what a great idea the boat ride was and the 30 minute transfer was ideal for a cold winter's evening. The boat was right on time and the captain and skipper were great fun, we managed to see quite a lot of the harbour in those 30 minutes.
